The SuitesAll suites at Hampden Park are licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, enabling you
to host your entire wedding at Scotland’s National Stadium or just your celebrations.
Millennium Suite
Our Prestigious Millennium Suite directly overlooks the pitch and provides the perfect
setting for intimate weddings for up to 150 guests, whilst those with larger celebrations
can use our Nevis and Lomond Suites which caters for up to 500 guests.
Nevis and Lomond Suites
Our Main Suites, the Nevis and Lomond, are the largest available at Hampden Park and
can accommodate up to 500 guests. Each suite has great versatility to take you through
each stage of your Celebrations. The Millennium Suite works superbly in conjunction
with our Main Suites for a Champagne Reception.

Theses menus are suggestions and we would be delighted to discuss any specifi c requirements

Your Questions AnsweredQ Who will be our contact on the day?A As part of our wedding package we offer the services of a committed
Wedding Co-ordinator to oversee all of your requirements during the run
up to your special day. On the day we will have a dedicated Operations
Manager who will assume the role of Toastmaster if you wish.
Q How many people sit around a table at the reception?A Usually 8 to 12 on round tables.
Q How many people should we cater for at our evening reception?A Cater for 75% of the total guests attending the evening reception if you’re
having a wedding breakfast. Cater for 100% if you’re having an evening
reception only.
Q Should we have an account bar or cash?A There are no hard and fast rules: it all depends on how large your budget
is. Speak to your Wedding Co-Ordinator for advice.
Q Do we have a set meal?A Yes it is compulsory that you would have a set meal. However, we will
cater for any special dietary requirements when given adequate notice.
We do have a varied vegetarian selection and a choice for your
younger guests.
Q How do we choose a meal that everyone will like?A It is very diffi cult to please everybody, we have a good choice of dishes
to choose from and our Head Chef can offer his advice on how to meet
your requirements.
Q Do we provide our own fl owers/cake/cars/photographers/disco?A Yes, however we have a whole host of recommended suppliers:
from Photographers, Pipers, Bridal cars and Florists to Live Bands,
DJ’s and Accommodation Providers.
Q Can we bring our own wine?A No. However we have an extensive Wine List and can also order in
specifi c wines, upon request.
Q What time will the bar close?A We have a licence until 1.00am.
Q How do we make a booking?A We can hold a provisional booking for up to two weeks whilst you are
deciding. To guarantee your booking we require a £750.00 deposit.
Q When do we pay?A After paying your initial £750.00 deposit 50% is due 3 months prior
and the remaining balance is required 28 days prior with a credit card
number given to guarantee any extras.
One fi ne DayRelax in our modern, spacious studio while choosing your
wedding cake, or let us design one just for you! Handmade
wedding stationery and favours can be made to co-ordinate
with your colour theme.
