PROGRAM OVERVIEW The HealthPointe program consists of 5 phases as outlined below.

1.Preparation Days (7 Days) – Get ready for weight loss This is the time you adjust your mind to the program and the prospect of losing weight. You eat whatever you want – without overdoing it ie be sure to have 3 meals per day – and get started on the supplementation. Also invest time in listening to audios recommended by your coach to give you a better understanding of the path ahead, assist in motivation and place your mind in a positive frame of mind ready for the program and weight loss.

2.Jump Start Plan (3 Days) This is the period where your body learns to burn fat instead of carbs. All meals and snacks are protein and should only be one serve of protein for ALL meals and snacks.

3.Weight Loss Plan (28 Days) This is the main weight loss phase of the program. During these 4 weeks be sure to follow the meal plans and record your progress in your Journal. Aim for up to 65 carbs per day and enjoy 3 balanced meals and protein snacking every 60-90 mins.

4.Weight Stabilisation Plan (14 Days) Key phase of the program to stabilize your body at its new weight. After this phase, you can repeat the Jump Start, Weight Loss and Weight Stabilisation days, until you have reached your goal weight and are ready to move onto maintenance.

Repeat if necessary After the Weight Stabilisation phase, you can repeat the Jump Start days, Weight Loss Days and Weight Stabilisation days, until you have reached your goal weight and are ready to move onto maintenance.

5.Long Term Health Maintenance Once you reach your desired weight, you then begin the Long Term Health Maintenance part of the program. Here you will stabilize your weight and create a set point in your brain. This is the point that the body “remembers” and is always striving to keep you at that point.

As part of long term maintenance it’s important to continue an on-going routine of supplementation and walking (in addition to the better eating habits you establish during the program).

NEXT STEPS Once you have completed the program, paid it forward and encouraged others you may want to consider paying it forward even further by coaching and helping others achieve Optimal Health. Please speak to your coach about how you can do this and create some extra income in the process (as outlined below in the first set of goals).

DOUBLE PACE SETTER (this is our

monthly goal) - You do the program and pay

it forward to at least 4 others who also go on

the program to Optimal Health.

Commit to going Double Pacesetter every month, paying it forward to 4 plus people every month, and you are on your way to create some extra income.

LEADERS CLUB (this is the basic

building block) - You’ve helped pay it forward to 15 plus people who are on the program to Optimal Health. The estimated income you achieve at this goal, after 2-3 months of Double Pacesetter, is $100-250 per month.

LEADERS CLUB + (This is the next

building block) You’ve helped pay it forward to 30 plus people who are on the program to Optimal Health. The estimated income you achieve at this goal, after 2-4 months of Double Pacesetter is $250-400 per month.
