Introduction

We are very pleased to introduce youto your Allianz Pet Insurance policy andthank you for insuring your pet with us.

Please read the policy carefully tomake sure that it provides the coveryou need. If the details in the scheduleare different to the details you havegiven us in your statement offact/proposal form, then please contactus immediately and inform us of thechanges which need to be made.

Please advise us immediately of anychange which may affect the coverprovided – for example using your petfor business purposes.

Please note that you are only eligiblefor this insurance if you are ordinarilyresident in the Republic of Ireland.

This policy (which includes and shall beread as one document with theschedule, endorsements, statement offact/proposal form and declaration),evidences a contract of insurancebetween the insured and Allianz.

We will, subject to the terms, conditions,limitations and exclusions of this policy,indemnify you against loss, damage orlegal liability which occurs during anyperiod of insurance for which you havepaid or agree to pay the premium.

The Law Applicable to the ContractYou and wemay choose the law applicable to this contract. It is hereby agreed thatthis contract is governed by Irish Law unless we agree with you otherwise in writing.The Irish Courts will have jurisdiction to hear any dispute other than any disputewhich must be referred to arbitration under the arbitration clause of this policy.

Insurance Act 1936 (or future amendments thereto)All monies which become or may become payable by the company under thispolicy shall in accordance with Section 93 of the Insurance Act 1936 be payableand paid in the Republic of Ireland.

Finance Act 1990 (or future amendments thereto)The appropriate stamp duty has been or shall be paid in accordance with theprovisions of Section 5 of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act 1999.

Definitions

The insured/you/your The person(s) named on the scheduleunder the title insured.

PolicyThe policywhich must be read as onedocument with the schedule,endorsement, statement of fact/proposalform and declaration, evidences a contactof insurance between the insured andAllianz.

Maximum amount payableThe most we will pay during the periodof insurance as set out in the scheduleand this policy document.

Clinical signsChanges in your pet’s normal healthystate, its bodily functions or behaviour.

IllnessSickness, disease and/or any changesto your pet’s normal healthy state,including mental and emotionaldisorders.

Vet feesThe amount that vets usually charge ingeneral or referral practices.

TreatmentAny examination, consultation, advice,tests, diagnostic imaging, medication,surgery, nursing and care, which isneeded to treat an illness or injury. Thetreatmentmust be provided by aveterinary practice, a certified clinicalanimal behaviourist or a member ofone of the following organisationsfollowing a vet’s instruction:• The Association of Pet Behaviour

Counsellors

Any word or expression which is given a specific meaning inthis policy will have the same meaning wherever it appears.

Clinical historyA chronological record (computerprintout or photocopy) of the originalclinical notes as made by the vet at thetime of all consultations.

ExcessThe amount payable by you for eachillness or injury that is treated duringthe period of insurance that is notrelated to any other illness or injurytreated during the same period ofinsurance.

This also means that when thetreatment dates of an illness or injuryfall into two or more periods ofinsurance you pay an excess for eachperiod of insurance.

You may also be required to pay apercentage amount of each and everyvet fees claim depending on theage of your pet. The percentage isshown on your schedule if it applies.

InjuryA physical injury or trauma causedimmediately by an accident. This doesnot include any injury that happensover a period of time or one that iscontributed to, in any way, by aprevious disease in the body.

Period of insuranceThe period shown on your scheduleand any subsequent period for whichwe accept a renewal premium.

VetRegistered veterinary surgeon.

General Conditions

1. Throughout the period of insuranceyoumust take care of your pet,arrange and pay for your pet to havea yearly health check and dentalexamination and any treatmentnormally recommended by a vet toprevent illness or injury.

We will not pay any claims resultingfrom failure to maintain your pet'shealth as recommended by your vet.

Such treatmentsmay includeneutering, descaling of teeth,worming, flea and tick treatments,blood tests and screening, nailclipping, dewclaw removal,grooming, routine emptying of analglands, removal of anal glands anduse of pheromones and prescriptiondiets.

2. Youmust arrange for your pet to bekept vaccinated against thefollowing:

Dogs: Distemper, hepatitis,leptospirosis, parvovirus and kennelcough.

Cats: Feline infectious enteritis, felineleukaemia and cat flu.

Please note: If you do not keep yourpet vaccinated, we will not pay anyclaims that result from any illness itmust be vaccinated against.

3. If, when you claim, there is any otherinsurance under which you areentitled to payment, we will only payour share of the claim.

4. If you have any legal rights againstanother person in relation to yourclaim, wemay take action againstthem in your name at our expense.Youmust give us all the help youcan and provide any documents weask for.

5. If any claim under this policy is in anyrespect fraudulent, or if anyfraudulent means or devices(including inflation or exaggeration ofthe claim, or submission of forged orfalsified documents) are used by youor anyone acting on your behalf toobtain any benefit under this policy,all benefit is forfeit.

6. You agree that any vet has yourpermission to release anyinformation we ask for about yourpet. If the vetmakes a charge forthis, youmust pay the charge.

7. When we offer further periods ofinsurance, wemay change thepremium and/or conditions and/oradd exclusions because of yourpet’s history.

8. We will not guarantee over thephone if we will cover a claim. Foryour claim to be assessed youmustsend us a claim form that has been

properly completed by both you andthe treating vet. We will then contactyou with our decision.

9. If we receive a request to issue theclaim payment directly to aveterinary practice, we reserve theright to decline this request.

10. If the vet fees you are charged arehigher than the fees usually chargedby a general or referral practice, wereserve the right to request anindependent opinion from a vet thatwe choose. If the vet we choose doesnot agree with the vet fees charged,we may decide to pay only the vetfees usually charged by a general orreferral practice.

11. If we consider that the treatmentyour pet receives may not berequired, or may be excessive whencompared with the treatment thatis normally recommended to treatthe same illness or injury by generalor referral practices, we reserve theright to request an independentopinion from a vet that we choose.

If the vet that we choose does notagree with the treatment provided,wemay decide to pay only the cost ofthe treatment that was necessary totreat the injury or illness, as advisedby the vet from whom we haverequested the independent opinion.

12. If you or anyone acting on yourbehalf:

• Fails to disclose a material fact,which is information that is likely toinfluence our acceptance,assessment or pricing of your policy

• Fails to disclose a change in risk orcircumstance

• Knowingly makes a false statementto us

• Knowingly sends us false orfraudulent documents

• Obtains cover by anymisrepresentation or misdescription

Wemay:

• Declare your policy void from theinception date. In other words, yourpolicy will be treated as if it neverexisted

• Invoke cancellation of your policy• Cancel your policy from the date of

the misrepresentation• Withhold any return premium due

to you• Refuse to pay a claim• Recover from you the total amount

of any claim already paid under yourpolicy including any recovery costs

• Change the standard premium ofyour policy which may result in ahigher premium being charged

• Request payment of a higherpremium or deduct this amountfrom any pending claim paymentdue to you

• Change the terms and conditions ofyour policy

• Change the level of cover of yourpolicy

• Inform the appropriate lawenforcement authorities of thecircumstances

We reserve the right to make the abovechanges from the date your policystarted, a subsequent renewal date orfrom the date a change in risk orcircumstance occurred.

If you are in any doubt as to whether afact is material or not, please disclose it.

13. Youmay cancel the policy at anytime by contacting us in writing.

Wemay cancel the policy at anytime by issuing a formal notice inwriting to you at your last knownaddress. If there has been no claimon the policy during the currentperiod of insurance we will refundthe premium for the unexpiredperiod of insurance provided thatthis premium has been paid.

If we cancel the policy as a result ofnon payment of a premium, orpartial payment of a premium, wewill cancel the policy with effectfrom the date that the cover waspaid up to.

14. If a dispute arising out of this policycannot be settled between you andus, youmay refer the dispute to theFinancial Services and PensionsOmbudsman. Please refer to thesection on Important Information inRelation to Your Allianz Policy forcontact details.

If the Financial Services andPensions Ombudsman is unable toinvestigate the dispute it shall bereferred to an arbitrator or ifnecessary to two arbitrators, one tobe appointed by each of the partieswithin one month after having beenrequested. The arbitrators shallappoint an umpire who shall sit withthe arbitrators and in the case ofdisagreement the arbitrators shallsubmit to the decision of the umpire.The making of an award shall be acondition precedent to any right ofaction against us. Dispute(s) notreferred to arbitration within 12calendar months from the date onwhich the dispute(s) occurred will bedeemed to have been abandoned.

15. Youmust comply with all terms,conditions and endorsements of the policy.

16. We reserve the right to deduct anyoutstanding premium from anyclaim payment wemay make to you

or request that you first pay thepremium in full before anysettlement is made in respect of a claim.

17. If you are a qualified vet surgeon,you agree that any treatment toyour petmust be given by anothervet.

We reserve the right to decline anyclaim being made where you havebeen involved in the treatment of your pet.

18. Claims Procedure

2. Youmust then follow the procedures set out in the section under which you are claiming.

The CoverIn return for the correct premium, we will provide cover as described in the followingsections if they are shown on your schedule.

Section 1: Vet FeesThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland, and for not more than 30 consecutivedays in any one period of insurance for temporary visits to the UK, the Isle of Manand the Channel Islands, provided that the purpose of the travel is not to seekveterinary treatment.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. The cost of any treatment for:• an injury that happened or an illness that first showed clinical signs before your pet's cover started; or,

• an injury or illness that is the same as, or has the same diagnosis or clinical signs as an injury, illness or clinical signyour pet had before its cover started; or,

• an injury or illness that is caused by, relates to or results from an injury, illness or clinical sign your pet had before its cover started, no matter where, in or on your pet’s body, the injury happened or the illnessor clinical signs were noticed.

3. The cost of any treatment for:• an illness that first showed clinical signs within 14 days of your pet's cover starting; or,

• an illness which is the same as, or has the same diagnosis or clinical signs as an illness that

first showed clinical signs within14 days of your pet's cover starting; or,

• an illness that is caused by, relates to, or results from a clinical sign that was first noticed within 14 days of your pet's cover starting, no matter where, in or on your pet's body, the clinical signs were noticed.

4. The cost of any treatment a vetnormally recommends to preventinjury or illness.

5. The cost of any treatment,including cosmetic dentistry, thatyou choose to have carried outthat is not directly related to aninjury or illness.

6. The cost of killing and controllingfleas, general health improvers andany treatment in connection withpregnancy, lactation or giving birth.

7. The cost of food, including foodprescribed by a vet, except whereit is used to dissolve bladder stonesand crystals in urine (and then onlyfor a period of 3 months after thecondition has been diagnosed).

8. The cost of vaccinations.9. The cost of treating any injury or

illness deliberately caused by youor anyone living with you.

10. The cost of having your pet put tosleep, disposed of, cremated or thecost of a post mortem.

11. The cost of house calls unless thevet confirms that moving your petwould damage its health,regardless of your personalcircumstances.

12. Extra costs for treating your petoutside usual surgery hours, unlessthe vet believes an emergencyconsultation is necessary.

13. Costs resulting from an injury orillness specified as excluded onyour schedule or generally notcovered within these terms andconditions.

14. Any costs for treating an illness orinjury after the last day of theperiod of insurance.

15. The cost of any dental treatmentother than treatment arising froman accident or trauma.

16. The cost of hospitalisation and anyassociated veterinary treatment,unless the vet confirms it isessential to the recovery of yourpet.

17. The cost of transporting your petto and from a veterinary practice.We will, however, cover any careadministered by a vet or aveterinary nurse (under vet’sinstructions) during transport.

18. Pre-anaesthetic blood screeningand intra-operative fluids for shortprocedures (under 40 minutes) inhealthy animals under 5 years of

age. We will, however, cover thecost of placing an intra-venouscatheter in all anaesthetised pets.

19. The cost of training aids, forexample muzzles, leads, clickersetc. We will, however, providecover towards training aids whenrecommended by an approvedanimal behaviourist and used aspart of a behaviour modificationprogramme. The maximumamount payable towards the costof training aids is displayed onyour schedule.

20. The cost of pheromones, exceptwhere they are used by a vet in aneffort to treat or diagnose anacute behavioural condition (andthen only for a maximum of 1month). We will also cover the costof pheromones whenrecommended by an approvedanimal behaviourist as part of abehaviour modificationprogramme, (and then only for amaximum of 3 months).

21. The cost of elective castration orspaying of your pet.

22. The costs of any complementarytherapy including hydrotherapyand physiotherapy, unlessrecommended by a vet to treat anillness or injury and subject toregular veterinary review.

Section 1: Vet Fees ContinuedHow to claimBefore your pet receives treatment, you must make sure that the vet is prepared tocomplete the treatment section of our claim form and provide detailed invoicessupported by detailed clinical records.

Youmust fill in all policyholder sections of the claim form and ask your vet to fill inthe treatment section. We will not pay for any fees/costs incurred by you inpreparation of any claim.

Please note that if the claim form is not fully completed it will be returned.

For a claim form for vet fees, please phone our Claims Team on 01 613 3990or print out a claim form by visiting www.allianz.ie. Alternatively, your vet may havea supply of vet fees claim forms.

Please send us:• A fully completed claim form.• The invoices setting out the costs involved.

In the case of claims for referral vets, please ensure that Allianz has received aclaim form and a referral letter from the original treating vet.

If the claim is for treatment in Great Britain, the Isle of Man and/or the ChannelIslands please also send us the booking invoice for your journey or any other officialdocuments to show the dates of your journey.

When to claim• For life-long illnesses that require ongoing treatment e.g. diabetes, arthritis,

heart diseases etc., youmust submit your claim form by the end of the period of insurance in which the treatment took place.

• In all other cases youmust submit your claim form at the end of treatmentor the end of the period of insurance if the treatment has not finished by this time.

We reserve the right to decline the claim if you fail to meet these conditions.

The cost of advertising if your pet isstolen or goes missing during theperiod of insurance.

The reward you have offered for therecovery of your pet if it is stolen orgoes missing during the period ofinsurance. This must first be agreedwith Allianz.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. Any reward that we have not agreedto before you advertised it.

3. Any reward not supported by asigned receipt giving the full nameand address of the person whofound your pet.

4. Any reward paid to any person livingwith you or employed by you.

Section 3: Boarding Kenneland Cattery FeesThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland only.

The cost of boarding Kennel andcattery fees if you are hospitalisedunexpectedly.

The following costs for the duration ofyour hospital stay:

1. The cost of boarding your pet at a kennel or cattery; or

2. A daily rate towards the cost of someone looking after your petbut only where this person does not live with you. The amount of this daily rate is displayed on your schedule.

The maximum amount payable underthis section which is displayed on your schedule.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. Any amount if you are in hospitalfor less than 4 days.

3. Any costs resulting from youhaving to go into hospital because of aninjury or illness which first occurredor showed symptoms before yourpet's cover began.

4. Any costs resulting from you beingpregnant, giving birth or anytreatment that is not related to yousuffering from an injury or illness.

5. Any costs resulting from you goinginto a hospital for treatment foralcoholism, drug abuse, drugaddiction, attempted suicide or selfinflicted injuries.

6. Any costs resulting from nursinghome care for you.

• A claim form filled in by your doctor or consultant and by the owner of the boarding kennel or cattery.

• An invoice from the kennel or cattery or written confirmation from the person looking after your pet.

Section 4: Theft and StrayingThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland only.

The price you paid for your pet if it isstolen or goes missing during the periodof insurance and is not recovered ordoes not return.

Please note: youmust provide formal proof of purchase and, where applicable,a pedigree certificate in order to claimunder this section of the policy. If youcannot provide this, the maximumamount payablewill be limited. Pleasesee your schedule for details.

Special condition that applies to this sectionAs soon as you discover your pet is missing, youmust:• Tell the Gardaí and ask for the crime reference number or written confirmation of your report.

• Tell all vets and animal rescue centres within a reasonable distance of the area where your pet was last seen.

• Tell the operator of the database which holds the micro-chip information relating to your pet to record the loss in that database.

• Fill in a claim form if your pet has not been found within 30 days

If your pet is found or returns, youmust repay the full amount we have paid you.

Note:Your attention is drawn to Section 2 of this policy where we cover advertising costs etc.

Section 5: Death from InjuryThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland only.

The price you paid for your pet if it diesor has to be put to sleep by a vetduring the period of insurance as aresult of an injury caused by anaccident.

Please note: youmust provide formalproof of purchase and, whereapplicable, a pedigree certificate inorder to claim under this section of thepolicy. If you cannot provide this, themaximum amount payable will belimited. Please see your schedule for details.

The maximum amount payable underthis section is displayed on yourschedule.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. Any amount if the death resultsfrom an injury that happenedbefore your pet’s cover started.

3. Any amount if the death resultsfrom an injury or illness which isexcluded as specified on yourschedule or which is not coveredwithin the terms and conditions ofthis policy.

4. Any amount if a vet has put yourpet to sleep unless your pet was putto sleep as a result of an injury thatcan not be treated and believes itwas not humane to keep your petalive because it was suffering.

Section 6: Death from IllnessThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland only.

The price you paid for your pet if it diesor has to be put to sleep by a vetduring the period of insurance as aresult of an illness.

Please note: youmust provide formalproof of purchase and, whereapplicable, a pedigree certificate inorder to claim under this section of thepolicy. If you cannot provide this, themaximum amount payable will belimited. Please see your schedule fordetails.

The maximum amount payable underthis section is displayed on yourschedule.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. Any amount if the death resultsfrom injury or illness first occurringor showing clinical signs beforeyour pet’s cover started.

3. Any amount if the death resultsfrom an illness first occurring orshowing clinical signs within 14days of your pet’s cover starting.

4. Any amount if the death results froman illness which is the same as anillness in any part of your pet’s bodythat first showed clinical signs beforeyour pet's cover started or within 14days of your pet’s cover starting.

5. Any amount if the death resultsfrom an illness or disease in anyselect breed aged 5 years or over orany other pet aged 8 years or over.

6. Any amount if the death results froman injury or illnesswhich is excludedas specified on your schedule orwhich is not covered within theterms and conditions of this policy.

7. Any amount if a vet has put yourpet to sleep unless your pet was putto sleep as a result of an illness thatcan not be treated and believes itwas not humane to keep your petalive because it was suffering.

• A death certificate from your vet.• The pedigree certificate if applicable and a receipt showing the amount you paid for your pet.

Section 7: Holiday Cancellation

The cost of any travel and accommodationexpenses you cannot recover:

1. If you have to cancel your holiday duringthe period of insurance because your pethas an injury or shows the first clinicalsigns of an illness in the 7 days beforeyou leave and requires immediatelifesaving surgery.

or

2. If your pet is staying in the Republic ofIreland while you are on holiday andyou have to cut short your holidaybecause your pet:

- goes missing; or- has an injury or shows the first

clinical signs of an illness while youare on holiday and requires immediate lifesaving surgery.

The maximum amount payable under thissection is displayed on your schedule.

Please note: this cover applies to holidayswithin the period of insurance only.

1. More than the maximum amountpayable.

2. Any costs relating to a holiday youbooked less than 28 days before youwere due to leave.

3. Any costs resulting from an injury orillness which is excluded as specifiedon your schedule or which is notcovered within the terms andconditions of this policy.

How to claimFor a claim form for holiday cancellation, please phone our Claims Team on01 613 3990 or print out a claim form by visiting www.allianz.ie. Please send us:• A claim form which you and your vet have filled in; and the booking invoice and

cancellation invoice from the travel agent, tour operator or other holiday sales organisation.

• The invoices must show the date of the booking, the dates of the holiday, the total cost of the holiday, the date you decided to cancel or return home and any expenses you cannot recover.

Section 8: Third Party LiabilityThis section applies in the Republic of Ireland only.

In this section, you and yourmeans you or any person looking after or handlingyour pet with your permission.

1. More than the maximum amount payable.

2. Any costs or expenses incurred indefending you which we have notagreed beforehand.

3. Any compensation, costs andexpenses resulting from anincident which takes place as aresult of your profession,occupation or business.

4. Any compensation, costs andexpenses you are legallyresponsible for because of acontract you have entered into.

5. Any compensation, costs andexpenses if the person who iskilled, injured or falls ill lives withyou or is employed by you.

6. Any compensation, costs andexpenses if the property damagedbelongs to you or any person wholives with you or is employed by you.

7. Any compensation, costs andexpenses if you, or any person wholives with you, or is employed byyou is responsible for or lookingafter the property that is damaged.

8. Any compensation, costs orexpenses if you are deemedresponsible under the law of anycountry, other than the Republic ofIreland.

If property is damaged, or someone iskilled, injured or falls ill as a result ofan incident involving your pet duringthe period of insurance, we will pay:

1. all amounts that you legally have to pay; and

2. if we agree, the legal cost and expenses for defending a claim against you.

The maximum amount payable underthis section is displayed on yourschedule.

9. Any compensation, costs andexpenses if you are responsible forair, water or soil pollution, unless itcan be proved that the pollutiontook place immediately after andas result of an accident involvingyour pet.

10. Any compensation, costs andexpenses arising from theownership, possession or use ofany dog specified under Control ofDogs (Restriction of Certain Dogs)Regulations and/or any otheramending acts, unless such dogsare kept muzzled, under effectivecontrol and it is possible to identifythem in public places.

Special conditions that apply to this section1. Youmust not admit responsibility, agree to pay any claim or negotiate with any

other person following an incident.2. You agree to provide us with any information we ask for.3. Youmust allow us to take over and conduct the defence or settlement of any

legal action in your name or in the name of any other person indemnified bythis policy.

4. You must immediately send us any writ, summons or legal documents youreceive and youmust never send any replies to any of these documents.

General Exclusions

All sections in this policy do not cover the following:

1. Any animal less than 8 weeks old.

2. Dogs being used for guarding,racing, track racing or coursing.

3. Any amount if you break the animalhealth or importation laws orregulations of the Republic ofIreland or United Kingdom.

4. Any amount if your pet isconfiscated or destroyed: - by government or public authorities - under the Control of Dogs Act

1986 and Control of Dogs (Amendment) Act 1992 and any other amending acts in the Republic of Ireland or the Animals Act 1972 in the United Kingdom

- because it was worrying livestock.5. Any costs incurred because the

Department of Agriculture, Foodand the Marine in the Republic ofIreland or the Ministry of Agriculture,Fisheries and Food in the UnitedKingdom, have put restrictions onyour pet.

6. Any loss caused by war, riot,revolution or any similar event.

7. Any loss caused by, connected to orresulting from any device failing torecognise, interpret or process anydate as its true calendar date.

8. Any amount resulting from diseasestransmitted from animals to humans.

9. Any amount if the pet suffers from anotifiable disease as defined by theDepartment of Agriculture, Foodand the Marine at the time of thenotification of the claim.

10. Any amount for travel to seekveterinary treatment abroad, exceptwhere treatment is not available inthe Republic of Ireland and agreedin advance by the Allianz PetInsurance Claims Department.

11. Any amount for MRI or CT scansunless cover has been agreed inadvance by the Allianz PetInsurance Claims Department. Areport from a qualified DiagnosticImaging Specialist must berequested at the time of the scanand a copy of this report mustaccompany your claim.

Right of WithdrawalYou have the right to withdraw from thispolicy, provided you have not made aclaim, within 14 days from:(1) the starting date of cover, or(2) the date on which you receive the fullterms and conditions of your policy.Withdrawal effectively means that nopolicywas ever in place. Youmayexercise this right in writing to us at theaddress given above, quoting yourpolicy number. If you exercise this rightwewill refund you any part of yourpremium you have paid less anadministration charge as detailed inyour schedule. Governing lawYou and wemay choose the lawapplicable to this contract. It is herebyagreed that this contract is governed byIrish Law unless we agree with youotherwise in writing. The Irish Courts willhave jurisdiction to hear any dispute otherthan any dispute which must be referredto arbitration under the arbitration clauseof this policy.

Policy Alteration, Additional and ReturnPremiumsWhere your policy is altered during anyperiod of insurance wewill recalculateyour premium. This may result in anadditional premium due to us or a returnpremium due to you. A premiumtransaction charge may be applied to allsuch alterations, as detailed in yourschedule.

Wewill only charge or refund youprovided the total amount, including thepremium transaction charge, is greaterthan or equal to the amount detailed inyour schedule. A government levy appliesto all premium calculations.

Alteration to terms and conditionsIn the event of a claim wemay advise you, at the time of your next renewal, ofaltered policy terms and conditions whichincrease your premium and/or excess,and/or reduce cover.

RemunerationPlease be aware that an Allianz staffmember may receive a payment inrelation to the processing of your policy.

CompensationPlease note that in the event of Allianzbeing unable to pay a claim, youmay beentitled to compensation from theInsurance Compensation Fund in Ireland.
