Using an eyelash curler to lift the lashes away from the eye & make it easier to apply mascara. Start at the base of the top lashes and wiggle the brush to the end of the lash as you apply, this will help prevent clogging. You can add a second coat if you wish. Using the same motion apply mascara to the lower lashes.

Lip PencilStep 8 –

Lip Pencil will help to define the area to be covered with the lipstick, it will also help to stop bleeding away from the lips

Starting from the cupids bow work outwards to the corners, then working from one corner on the lower lip work straight across. If your lips are not symmetrical you can correct them with the lip pencil. Once you have outlined your lips fill them in using the pencil, this creates a base for your lipstick and will make it last longer.
