Use capitals in shop name to distinguish words

Such as: LadybugWreaths – Not: ladybugwreaths

You’re allowed to change shop name only once

You can NEVER change your username

It is preferable to use your personal name for your user name

Credit Card - Fees will be charged once per month

Bank Account - Payments will be sent to your bank account or to PayPal (I chose PayPal)

Fill in: full name, physical address, DOB, phone, bank name, account number, routing number

ETSY requires a Credit Card & a Bank Account

ETSY has several sections to fill in with personal & financial information – don’t skip anything!

Etsy charges .20 per listing for a 4 month time period

Etsy charges 3.5% commission of total sale: Product + shipping when your item sells

My first banner – made in ETSY - 15 minutes - I used something similar to Etsy Banner Generator

It was okay; the colors matched

I didn’t really like it but…

I didn’t let the fact that I made it keep me from opening my store so I could begin selling

I used it for months as I worked on my wreaths

I have probably had more than 12 banners by now
