Wedding menus

The Executive Chef has designed a range of beautiful gourmet menus to delight and intrigue your guests, with top quality ingredients andculinary flair. The most popular menus are the banquet menu (either 3 or 2 course alternate drop), the gourmet buffet, or a cocktail styleaffair with canapés followed by a Fork and Walk Buffet.

Catering for vegetarians and special diets is supplied at no extra cost to you. Children 12 years and under dine for just $20 each, with an icecream dessert included.

The banquet and buffet menus include a bread roll for each guest as well as freshly brewed Vittoria coffee and Aurora tea.

Please note that the minimum group size for any of our special menus is 25 guests. If you have less than 25 guests then the best option isthe pre-selected à la carte items. It is a requirement that you inform us of your guests' choices at least 10 working days prior to the wedding.

In order to make everyone's visit with us as enjoyable and smooth as possible, we ask that you advise us of any special dietary requirementsthat your guests might have. This includes allergies and dietary restrictions such as gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan. Somepeople have very severe allergies and reactions to certain foods, so it is important that we have as much information as possible.

For a bride spending the night before her wedding with her bridesmaids or family members, we recommend a spacious 3 BedroomApartment with private plunge pool on the ground floor boasting two bathrooms, a private balcony and stunning views over the marina.

For a bridal suite in tropical luxury, we recommend the 3 Bedroom Penthouse with two large living areas, two bathrooms, two wrap-aroundbalconies and views across the marina to the mountains. The additional space is perfect for larger bridal parties, particularly if you have threeor more bridesmaids and flower girls requiring hair and make-up.

For the ultimate bridal suite, try the 4 Bedroom Penthouse with large living areas, three bathrooms and a rustic banquet table for 12. Theperfect way to indulge.
