Things we’re often asked Q. When will my first payment be due? A. When you sign a contract with us, your first bill is generated on the next available bill cycle which is generally the very next day. Your first payment is due approx 19 days from the date of your bill cycle and is clearly printed on the front page of your bill. Q. Why is my first bill slightly higher than I expected? A. On your first bill there are 2 monthly charges in the Bill Summary section. The first charge is for the the partial month, taking you from the date you joined to your bill date. The second charge is for your first full month, which is charged in advance. Q. How can I pay my bill? A. As a FlexiFix customer you must sign up to pay by Direct Debit. This is part of the Terms & Conditions of the FlexiFix Price Plan. Paying by Direct Debit is fast, easy and saves you €4.50 a month in charges. Q. If I am a Direct Debit customer and I make an interim payment on my account, will the full amount shown on the bill still be taken by Direct Debit? A. Yes. If paying by Direct Debit, 3 will always take the full amount stated on your bill. Your interim payment will be credited to your account and off set against charges the following month. Q. What if my Direct Debit fails? A. If your Direct Debit fails we will notify you by text message and ask that you make an immediate payment on your account. We suggest that this payment is made using a Credit Card or Laser Card to avoid any suspension of service. Once payment has been received you will need to set up your Direct Debit again with us. Q. My bill says that a call was charged to ‘Cash Top-Up’. What does that mean? A. This means that the call was not included as part of your FlexiFix Price Plan and your Top-Up credit was used to pay for the call.
