Understanding the importance of the symbolism on money and the messages

they convey helps us unite behind the ideals of hope and optimism.

The eagle holds 13 arrows in its left talon and in its right talon an olive branch.

The Shield has 13 stripes. The number 13 appears over and over. What does it mean?
