Identify Your Unique Contribution: TheCliftonStrengths DomainsWhile your CliftonStrengths 34 profile helps you understand who you are, there is also power inknowing how you make things happen, influence others, build relationships and processinformation. The framework of the four CliftonStrengths domains — Executing, Influencing,Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking — is another way to think about yourCliftonStrengths and how you contribute when you join, create or lead a team.

The best teams are made up of individuals who understand their own — and others’ — uniquecontribution to the team. This awareness and appreciation empowers the team to be morecohesive, versatile, productive and engaged.

However, be careful not to let the four domains limit your thinking. If you don’t have any topthemes in a particular domain, don’t worry.
