Are all of your products Hypoallergenic? as a marketing term, which is why you don't see us use the term when describing our own products.

Generally speaking though, hypoallergenic means a company believes their products produce fewer reactions. For more information about the term hypoallergenic, please see the following story on Truth In Aging.

Here's the short answer. Yes.

This is because we make considerations in the formulation process about how well our products will be tolerated by those with allergies or sensitive skin.

The term hypoallergenic actually has no FDA regulated meaning and is often used by companies

Are all of your products natural without testing on animals?

Please read more about our ingredient selection process here on our web site here at this link. Also, though we do not market this fact, many of the natural ingredients we use are organic.

We do not conduct or use animal testing.

Most of the ingredients we use are natural or naturally-derived. The ingredients we use that are not considered natural have been chosen for very specific reasons as we've learned that natural does not always mean better.

What types of ingredients are in your products?

We try to create the simplest bases for our products and leave room for lots of active ingredients.

Overall, you'll find our formulas center around high quantities of antioxidants, skin enhancing peptides and botanical extracts.

Are your products good for oily/sensitive combination skin, because my skin breaks out in acne?

Because our formulas are high in active ingredients, there can be an adjustment period for those with sensitive skin.

To reduce sensitivity, allow skin to dry completely before application of any products. In most cases, all of our products work well with oily,

combination and sensitive skin users. In every one of our formulas, you'll find ingredients designed to soothe skin and help alleviate breakouts.

What order do you recommend that we use your products?

If you're using Boost, save it for application on top of any other products you're using such as Restore, Control or Defend.

Correct can be applied very last as it helps to seal and finish the skin around your eye area.

If using Define for Lips and Quench Lip Treatment, apply Quench last.

Our products generally mix and match very well with one another and with products from other lines. Here are a few suggestions though:

If using Prep, you'll get the best cumulative results if you only use it at night, allowing the skin time to rest following exfoliation.

And, of course, any of our products you use should be applied prior to make-up for best results.

Will anti-oxidants in face products really help wrinkles or do they just plump up the skin to “cover” up the wrinkles?

Antioxidants really do help with wrinkles, but not necessarily by covering them up. They work best to help avoid the damage that causes new wrinkles.

They also slow development of and can, to some extent, reverse formation of existing wrinkles by boosting collagen, strengthening skin's structure and by restoring elasticity, that when lost, leads to more apparent wrinkles.

Are your products organically made? Though we don't market our use of organic ingredients, many of the ingredients in our formulas are organic.

We always look for and use organic options in our formulas when we can and when they are the best and safest choice.

Are your products safe for people with skin conditions such as psoriasis? I'd love to try them but need to know first!

who have sensitive skin or conditions such as psoriasis and try to do our best for most people.

Yet, since every person's skin condition is different, when considering new products, it is always advisable to consult with your doctor or dermatologist if you are unsure if a product is right for you.

We realize all ingredients, both natural and synthetic, have at least some potential to aggravate skin conditions and allergies.

As a part of the ingredient selection process, we look closely at each ingredient's track record with those

Are your products safe for children? Although our products are designed to be safe for people of all ages, they address specific aging skin care concerns faced by adults.

Our products may not be the right choice for children. If you are looking for quality products for children, we suggest seeking out products that are high in antioxidants and vitamin B5 that do not use perfumes, essential oils or dyes.

Are your products considered natural? Natural ingredients are what intrigue us most when deciding what to include in our products.

When we formulate, we use high percentages of natural, active ingredients. As a result, our formulas tend to be higher in natural ingredients than even most brands marketed as “natural.”

What is spin trap and what are the benefits my skin will get from it?

major cause of cell aging), reduction in wrinkles by protecting skin structure and improving elasticity and skin tone by protecting collagen.

Spin trap can also be more effective at protecting skin because it is more effective than other antioxidants at reducing damage by specific free radicals, which are known to cause the most damage to skin.

Spin traps are a class of powerful antioxidants that help stop free radical damage that occurs naturally as part of the aging process and by exposure to ultraviolet light.

The benefits of spin trap include faster wound healing, reduced inflammation (believed to be a
