Terms & Conditions 1.Application process is online. Only Registered Business/Company Eligible to Apply.

2. Company registered out of India and having business presence in India are eligible for awards. (Incase of Online Business foreign company having GST Registration in India are eligible)

3.All information submitted will be confidential. Yeforum never disclose /sale/share data,company information, statistics & other information submitted in Entry Form.

4.Director/CEO/Founder of a company or Partner/manager primarily responsible for the recent performance of a company may be nominated for awards, in case of other person than Director than No-Objection Certificate should be submitted while submission of documents Phase (if asked), while submitting documents.

5.The finalists and winners would be selected from all eligible nominations by a distinguished panel of independent judges & Management Confidential Research Based methodology adopted to maintain transparency and privacy.

7.No Stay & No other expenses would be provided. Winner will have to reach at venue at their own cost.

9.if Winner unable to attend award ceremony, award will be withdrawn without communicating any reason.

10.Yeforum have all rights to modify/reject/change Application Category/award without notice. final decision will be of Jury & Management for any dispute arises.

11.Last date for submission of online Participation Entry Form is 15th June 2019 till mid night 11:59PM,

12. Entry Fee for Participation is Rs.10,000/-(Entry Fee) + 1800/-(18% GST) Total : Rs. 11800/- (Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Only) for each category submission.

13. In Case of any Company looking for apply for more than one category than separate Entry form & separate Fee should be submitted.

15. Yeforum Never Email/Communicate/ask for any amount of Money other than Entry Fee (if Applicable). Kindly Never Pay any amount of Money to any one other than Entry Fee (if applicable)

16. Yeforum Never Sale/Fix awards, if any Official/Member/partner/sponsor promise to fix award than report to Yeforum, Yeforum will take disciplinary legal action against him.

17. Yeforum adopt a transparent, private & confidential methodology of Selection of Winners, there is no Chance of Fixing/Sale of Award, if you find such kind of activity/communication/discussion than report to info@yeforum.in

18.Winner Announcement & Prize Distribution: announcement and prize distribution ceremony Scheduled to be organised during "Young Entrepreneurs Business Forum 2019" Annual Global Business Networking Event, Conference & Award Ceremony on 12th October 2019 at Hotel Marriott, Jaipur, Rajasthan India organised by Yeforum.
