• *Annual price increase linked to Retail Price Index
Combined• Our Funding partner finances the entire installation of a solar PV system• You forward-buy* the solar PV electricity which you willconsume from the system for 20 years• After 20 years, ownership of the system transfers to youto continue enjoying 100% free solar PV electricity for theremaining lifetime of the system (c.15 years)

YG Energy Solutions arranges:• Technical survey and system design• DNO approval• Structural survey• Energy Performance Certificate assessment
Once the technical design and system specification are finalised, the Lease and PowerPurchase Agreement are executed and the Lease is registered with the Land Registry
• We install your system through our framework partnership with authorised,established and experienced contractors• The installation process will take up to 5 days• Minimal disruption to your business as the majority of the work is external• Comprehensive warranties and guarantees cover all products and workmanship
• YG Energy Solutions implements its own Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts to ensure reliable, long term savings are achieved• Typically you would be invoiced monthly according to your exact solar PV electricity consumption

What happens now?
• We assess the potential of your roof and gather data regardingcurrent electricity usage and pricing• We issue a proposal which summarises the benefits that you shouldexpect to receive• We provisionally allocate funds for a limited period to allow timefor approval• The Heads of Terms Agreement is signed as your confirmation forthe installation to proceed
