Needs to be all day -minimum of 6 pdh’sThe date is the most important piece that will make/break your conference. Be cognizant of holidays, PE exams, local industry “holidays”, monthly meetings, and MOST important- other industry conferences (i.e. BOMA, USGBC, etc.)Use a committee- you need all of the differing thoughts/processes/brainstorming to attract a broader crowdKeep the fundamental programs, but change the rest- make it technically challenging
