The ancient art and sport of Muay Thai was originally developed by the people of Thailand as a combat tool and is an integral part of the Thai culture. This course will teach the basic techniques of Muay Thai including its four main components: legs (kicks), knees, elbows and fists, Along with the application, strategy and physics on how to use the components effectively. Each class will include a challenging full body workout to develop power, strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
