ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ASSISTANCE INCLUDES HOW TO APPLY DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION
PERIOD OF AWARD
1. MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME
a. Pupil must be a Singapore Citizen b. Gross Household Income up to $2500 OR Per Capita Income up to $650 c. Family in receipt of social welfare aid with official pass
a. Full waiver of school fees b. Full waiver of standard miscellaneous fees c. Free textbooks, uniforms, PE attires, school shoes & socks d. *Transport credit of $10 per month (for students taking public transport to school)
e. School meal Subsidy

7 working days from date of submission
2. SCHOOL ADVISORY COMMITTEE BURSARY AWARD (includes Lee Wee Kheng Fund)
a. Pupil must be a Singapore Citizen b. Gross Household Income up to $3000 per month OR Per Capita Income up to $750 per month
c. Pupil unsuccessful in application for MOE FAS
a. Free textbooks, uniforms, PE attires, school shoes & socks
b. Transport subsidy (for students taking public transport to school Bus‐ $27.50 / Bus & MRT‐ $51)
c. School meal subsidy *Further Subsidy for MOE FAS students (should the transport credit of $10 not suffice. Bus‐ $27.50 / Bus & MRT‐ $51)

3. SINGAPORE INDIAN DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION SECONDARY STUDY BURSARY AWARD
a. Pupil must be Singapore Citizen OR Singapore PR b. Indian pupils or have at least one parent belonging to an Indian sub‐ethnic group
c. Per capita income up to $650 d. Referral letter from Family Service Centre
a. $95 per month for 6 months and review for further assistance

a. Assistance is determined by CDCs b. Rental, utilities, and/or service and conservancy charges vouchers
c. Monthly cash grant to meet basic needs d. Educational assistance e. Medical assistance

5. STUDENT ADVISORY CENTRE WISHING WELL FUND
a. Pupil must be a recipient of MOE FAS

6. NEU PC PLUS SCHEME – OWN A LAPTOP/PC AT SUBSIDISED COST
a. Pupil must be Singapore Citizen OR Singapore PR b. Gross Monthly Income up to $2700 c. Pupil has not applied for computer/laptop under this scheme last 3 years d. No working computer or laptop at home
a. PC or Laptop at subsidised cost

7. COMPASSION FUND
a. Loss of income due to death of breadwinner
b. Loss of income due to critical illness of breadwinner
