Judge: Rita Behan YHRA is trilled to welcome Rita back. Rita was our judge for the 2016 dressage show and has graciously accepted our invitation to return.

Rita is a certified Basic Level Dressage judge holding a current competition coach card. She is an active judge with extensive experience judging all levels of dressage, including western dressage, 3-day events, 2- day trial championships, pony club championships and derbies.

Our judge continues to be an active and experienced competitor having achieved third level while continuously training with a goal of attaining fourth level and Prix St. Georges. These goals will support her progress to upgrade her judge and coaching cards. In addition, Rita is a long-serving former executive member of the Alberta Dressage Association and current director of the Calgary and Area Dressage Association board. Other activities include co-coordinating and organizing several adult amateur clinics featuring instructors Sylvia Loch, Charlotte Bredahl-Baker and Jane Savoie.
