What about homework?Students are expected to do regular homework.
Subject homework is posted online using the ‘Show My Homework’ website. All students are able to log on and view their homework calendar. Parents are also able to view homework which has been set.
Homework is set by the class teacher on a regular basis when it is appropriate to do so. In Key stage 3, English, Maths and Languages should have a piece of homework each week. Other subjects which have fewer lessons will set homework at least once per fortnight. Drama and Physical Education are the exceptions to this; they have homework once per half term.

What about bullying?
Bullying is aggressive or insulting behaviour by an individual or group that is often repeated over a period of time that intentionally hurts or harms.
Bullying can take many forms but the three main types are:
Physical – hitting, kicking, taking belongings
Verbal – name calling, insulting, making offensive remarks
Indirect – spreading nasty stories about someone, exclusion from social groups, being made the subject of malicious rumours, sending malicious e-mails/text messages on mobile phones or social networking sties
