3orn in *obe, Aye is a founder of the influential rock music band, 3oredoms, 2hose first

maor label release came out in the early #@s. They 2ere signed to Warner 3ros. &Chocolate

;ynthesi/er  era) by 6avid *at/nelson, then :? DP of Warner 3ros. The closest thing3oredoms have to a frontman, Aye offers a variety of vocal techniEues gurgles, screams,

grunts and occasionally, relatively conventional singing. Gn the later days of 3oredoms and

in todays DHredoms he plays electronics and open reel tapes.

:s 2ell as his music, Aye is famous for his 6ada influenced mixed-media style of art thatutilises airbrush, marker pen and collage, amongst other materials. This 2ork has adorned a

number of records, including the maority of 3oredoms releases and, perhaps morefamously, 3ecks  #i"ite Vultures. ;imilar to the 3oredoms musical direction, Aye started

incorporating a much more psychedelic, calmer approach into his 2ork, evident on the

covers of many of the later 3oredoms albums. 6ra2ing as much from +apanese mythology

as it does from his musical influence, such as early punk imagery, his 2ork aims tocomplement the music as 2ell as to provide another dimension to the sound.
