Great care in analysing the market for a particular application was taken. Our solutions come with pre-loaded validation tables (countries,states,yacht manufacturers,engines manufactures,equipment...) allowing to present a turnkey solution.

The Yacht Brokers/Dealers application was designed and developed to answer the needs of professional brokers and dealers in terms of listings maintenance and promotion.

ProMote your branD anD website One of the common marketing mistake made by a broker or dealer is to use third party websites to list their inventory. The end result is that brokers and dealers do not get any visibility and brand recognition. Even though they pay every month a sizeable amount of money to a third party websites, their company visibility will end as soon as they stop paying for the listings. The right strategy is to first maintain and promote listings on the company website, then send feeds to thrid party websites. Search engines will index the website and rank the brand.

Manage listings anD iMages The reason why a lot of brokers and dealers choose to publish their listings on third party websites is that they do not always have in-house staff familiar with the internet and they do not want to manage their own website. Our solutions present a very easy to use interface and allows average internet users to maintain their listings.

Manage leaDs anD requests The main challenge when receiving leads is to be able to manage them efficiently and rapidly. Our lead management module allows to store all lead requests directly in a table to be always accessible online. priNt oN deMaNd pdF brochures Our solutions allow a user to request online a brochure for a particular listing. The brochure will be generated on-the-fly by the server based on a template, and immediately emailed to the user. The contacts of the user are saved in the lead generation module. You can then see at anytime who requested information and you can follow-up.

oNliNe MagaziNe layout StyleS Our solutions use a theme based system. It allows to create every month a new issue of your site like you would do for a magazine and a newsletter. The simple interface allows you to select the yachts to be placed on the home page, add content like events or shows you will be attending.

Web Services API(september 2009)

A web service API allows to post listings automatically to sites like backpage, google base, oodle... You can select to post listing images to facebook and your videos to youtube.All this “viral marketing“ will increase traffic to your site.

SEOs configuration module This module allows to change parameters concerning the generation of the urls and the metatags information.

Automatic listing to Network(september 2009)

Latitude 26 manages a network of over 40 web sites tar-getting the yachting industry. Your listings can be posted without charge to our network. It will increase traffic.

Widget and flyer management(october 2009)

This module generates html code specific to posting to craigslist. You can simply cut and paste. The code for a flash widget allows to place your listings on any site and it will call and present your listings on the page.

Fax over the internet platform If you want to have the possibility to fax brochures or other documents to users, a fax platform integration is available. There is an additional cost to use the platform.

SMS over the internet If you want to have the possibility to send sms messages, an integration with a sms platform is available. There is an additional cost to use the sms message platform.

listings, staff & leaDs ManageMent features (Partial list)Listings Management Allows to manage all listings through a web browser. Main-

tenance screens include several filtering modes and search function to locate easily a listing. Listings status follow the life cycle: inactive, published, sold, archived.

Leads Management All online requests are recorded in the leads table. As well an email notification is sent to the staff person responsible for handling the online requests in the company: broker, manager, assistant... Management dashboard is available to track the number of requests received and the average time to answer. Quality of services indicators track the response time.

Staff Management Individual Brokers are able to view and maintain their own listings. Managers can view, manage and maintain the list-ing of brokers under their responsbility.

Private Messaging(september 2009)

A private messaging module allows to communicate in-side the application. ie brokers can communicate between themselves. Registered leads can communicate with bro-kers and management. This private messaging module al-lows to avoid the problem frequently encountered where a recipient does not receive an email because it was blocked by spam filters on the ISP server.

Mini Site Provides a short url to have direct access to the yacht broker/deal-er listings and presentation. (scheduled release may 2009). The presentation module allows to present the brokerage company and broker contact details as well at the accreditations.
