SAMulti Loan source credit from various creditproviders inorder toprovide thebest financial

productsandsolutionsfortheirclients.Theircurrentproductrangeincludesshorttermloanswith

repaymentofupto24monthsandloanamountofuptoR20000.

Whytheneedforelectronicsignatures?BeingoneofSouthAfricasleadingloansourcingcompanies,

SA Multi Loan concludes on average more than 15000 loan

applications every month. One full application requires their

customerstosignupto6documentswhichhavebeenphysically

printed.Additionallyacopyofthesignedcontractwasproduced

for the customer. All documents from their branches

countrywide were regularly delivered to the companys head

officeforstorage. Atheadoffice,thescanneddocumentswere

checked and physical contracts were stored at facilities. This

process was enormously costly and not adequate for an

innovativecompanysuchasSAMultiLoan.

TheSolution:SIGNificantWebSigningInterface(WSI)Troughourpartneregissoftware,thexyzmoWSIdistributedbySignaturaSolutionswasprovidedto

SAMultiLoanandintegratedwiththeirloancapturingsystem.

Aftercompletionof theoriginal loanapplication form inMSWord,thecontract isconverted into

PDFformatanddisplayedinthewebbasedsigninginterface.Thecustomersimplysignsonadigital

signature tablet (SAMulti LoanusesWACOMMiniSignaturepads), the signature image including

biometriccharacteristicsissecurelyembeddedintheelectroniccontractandislegallybinding.
