ACROSS THE LINEJOCKEY PUMP CONTROLLERS

The XTJP jockey pump controllers operate across-the-line. Full voltage is applied to the motor for starting by the use of a single motor starter. Starting inrush current is approximately 600% of rated full load amperes.

WYE-DELTA (Star-Delta)JOCKEY PUMP CONTROLLERS

When six or twelve-lead delta connected jockey pump motors are started wye (star) connected, approximately 58% of line voltage is applied to each winding. The motor develops 33% of full-voltage starting torque and draws 33% of normal locked-rotor current from the line. After an adjustable time delay (during which the motor accelerates), it is reconnected for normal operation.

XT Power Controls

The XT Series of Jockey Pump Controllers incorporate Eaton’s XT Power Controls which are designed for the global marketplace. The XT controls carry global ratings, are small in size and are available in a wide variety of operating voltages. They are easy to install and maintain, due to their modular, plug-in design.

120V Control Power Transformer

All jockey pump controllers are wired with a120V control power transformer as standard.

Standards & Certification

The XT Series of Jockey Pump Controllers meet or exceed the requirements of Underwriters Lab-oratories, Underwriters Laboratories Canada, the Canadian Standards Association and the New York City Building Code.

Digital Display

Eaton’s XTJP and XTJY series of jockey pump controllers are supplied standard with an 1/8 DIN, NEMA 4X digital panel meter that displays current pressure and hi and low setpoints on a 4-digit, superbright LED display. Pressure input is provided by a 4-20mA pressure sensor. NEMA 2 Enclosures

Enclosures have an oven baked powder paint finish and are supplied with NEMA 2 rating, unless otherwise ordered. Available options include: NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, 12.

Features

Typical Jockey Pump Controller Specifications Approvals

The Jockey Pump Controller shall meet the requirements of UL 508 [Underwriters Laboratories (UL)] and approved by [Canadian Standards Association (CSA)] [New York Depart-ment of Buildings (NYSB).

Starting Type

The controller shall be Across-the-Line or Wye-Delta (Star Del-ta) type designed for full voltage starting.

Ratings

The Controller shall have a minimum withstand rating of 18,000 symmetrical amperes @ [208V] [240V] [380V] [415V] [480V] [600V] [120V Single Phase] [240V Single Phase]. The horsepower rating of the controller shall not exceed 50Hp for three (3) phase units or 10Hp on single phase units.

Construction The controller shall include a combination Circuit Breaker / Overload Motor Protector. The circuit breaker shall be mechanically interlocked such that the enclosure door cannot be opened when the handle is in the on position except by a tool operated defeater mechanism. The controller manufacturer shall manufacture the contactor, circuit breaker, pushbuttons, and enclosures. Brand-labeled components will not be accepted.

Supply Voltage The jockey pump controller shall be available with the following supply voltages: A 200-208V 60 Hz B 220-240V 60 Hz C 380V 50 / 60 Hz D 440-480V 60 Hz E 550-600V 60 Hz F 415V 50 / 60 Hz G1 120V Single Phase G2 240V Single Phase

Enclosure

The controller shall be housed in a NEMA Type 2 (IEC IP11) drip-proof, powder baked finish, freestanding enclosure. Optional Enclosures

1. NEMA 3R (IEC IP14) rain-tight enclosure. 2. NEMA 4 (IEC IP66) watertight enclosure. 3. NEMA 4X (IEC IP66) watertight 304 stainless steel

enclosure. 4. NEMA 4X (IEC IP66) watertight 316 stainless steel

enclosure. 5. NEMA 4X (IEC IP66) watertight corrosion resistant enclosure. 6. NEMA 12 (IEC IP52) dust-tight enclosure.

Run Period Timer

An optional Run Period Timer shall be available.

Languages The controller shall be available in a variety of languages including, but not limited to: English, French, Spanish, Turkish.

Digital Indication

The controller shall be supplied with a digital display that shall indicate the following: System Pressure, Start Pressure, Stop Pressure.

The digital display shall be supplied with a solid-state 4-20mA pressure sensor. The pressure Start and Stop points shall be adjustable in increments of one (1) PSI. The digital display shall be a door-mount type that permits exterior programming with the controller door secured.

In order to familiarize yourself with the Jockey Pump Controller, please read the instruction manual thoroughly and carefully. Retain the manual for future reference.

1. Installation and Mounting of the Controller

Carefully unpack the controller and inspect thoroughly.

It is recommended that the controller is located as close as is practical to the motor it controls

The controller is not free standing and must be bolted securely to a wall. For dimensional and weight data please refer to the respective data sheets for the Jockey Pump Controller.

2. System Pressure Connection

The Jockey Pump Controller is equipped with a Pressure Transducer. The controller is provided with a ¼" NPT female system pressure connection located on the bottom, external side of the enclosure. The connection should be installed as per NFPA, pamphlet No. 20.

NOTE: Water lines to the pressure transducer must be free from dirt and contamination.

The pressure should not exceed what the pressure transducer is rated for.

3. Electrical Connections

All electrical connections should meet national and local electrical codes and standards.

The controller should be located or so protected that they will not be damaged by water escaping from pumps or pump connections. Current carrying parts of controllers shall be a minimum of 12 inches (305 mm) above the floor level.

Prior to starting verify all data on the nameplate such as, catalog number, AC line voltage and horsepower.

Inspect all electrical connections, components and wiring for any visible damage and correct as necessary. Ensure that all electrical connections are tightened before energization.

Install necessary conduit using proper methods and tools.

Incoming AC line voltage is clearly marked L1, L2, L3 and ground, located at the top of the breaker.



3.1 Electrical Checkout Instructions

WARNING: The following procedures should be carried out by a qualified electrician familiar with the electrical safety procedures associated with this product and its associated equipment.

3.1.1 Motor Rotation Check: With the controller energized, move the H.O.A. selector switch to “HAND” then back to “OFF” immediately to check the direction of the motor and pump rotation. If rotation direction is not correct, open the breaker and reverse the phase sequence of the load terminals of the contactor T1, T2, T3 or at the motor terminals.

3.1.2 Starting and Stopping: Energize the controller. With the H.O.A. selector switch set to “AUTO”, if the system water pressure is lower than the pressure transducer set-point pressure (1Lo), the pump will start. The pump will stop when pressure is above the stop point (1Lo+HYS). If the optional running period timer is included, the pump will run for the set time and then stop, provided the pressure is above the pressure stop point (1Lo+HYS). For manual operation, set the H.O.A. selector switch to “HAND’ to start the pump and “OFF” to stop.

3.1.3 Motor Circuit Protector / Overload Relay Trip Setting: The trip setting should be set to match the motor nameplate full load amps.

3.1.4 Circuit Breaker Trip Settings: When a Circuit Breaker is installed, the trip setting must be set as indicated on the chart on the inside of the controller.

3.1.5 Run Period Timer: (Optional) Adjust the RPT dial to the desired run period time setting. Three rotary adjustment dials are provided on the front of the timer.

The supply voltage U must be constantly applied to the device (green LED U/t illuminated).

When the control contact S is closed, the output relay R switches into on-postion (green LED U/t illuminated) and the set interval begins (green LED U/t flashes).

After the interval has expired (green LED U/t illuminated) the output relay switches into off-postion (yellow LED not illuminated).

During the interval, the control contact can be operated any number of times.

A further cycle can only be started when the cycle run has been completed.

4.1 Programming

Ensure the Rotary Disconnect switch and the Hand-Off-Auto selector switch are in the OFF position.Apply power to the Jockey Pump Controller.Once power is applied, turn the Rotary Disconnect switch to the ON position.

NOTE: The instructions below are based on the factory default settings. Displayed values may vary depending on the programmed parameter setpoint values. Factory default settings for each parameter are listed in Table 1.

JOKEY POMPA KONTROL PANOLARI İÇİN KURULUM VE BAKIM KILAVUZU

Jokey Pompa Kontrol Panosu hakkında bilgi edinmek için lütfen talimat kılavuzunu baştan sona dikkatlice okuyun. Kılavuzu ileride başvurmak üzere muhafaza edin.

1. Kontrol Panosunun Kurulumu ve Montajı

Kontrol panosunu ambalajından dikkatlice çıkarın ve iyice kontrol edin.

Kontrol panosunun kumanda ettiği motora pratik olacak şekilde mümkün olduğunca yakın bir konuma yerleştirilmesi önerilir

Kontrol panosu desteksiz durmamalı, duvara sağlam şekilde cıvatalanmalıdır. Boyut ve ağırlık verileri için lütfen Jokey Pompa Kontrol Panosunun ilgili veri sayfalarına başvurun.

2. Sistem Basıncı Bağlantısı

Jokey Pompa Kontrol Panosu bir Basınç Dönüştürücü ile donatılmıştır. Kontrol panosunun en altında, muhafazanın dış tarafına yerleştirilen ¼ inç NPT dişi sistem basıncı bağlantısı bulunur. Bu bağlantı, NFPA, broşür No. 20'ye uygun olarak kurulmalıdır.

NOT: Basınç dönüştürücüye ait su hatları kirden ve kontaminasyondan arınmış olmalıdır.

Basınç, basınç dönüştürücünün anma değerini geçmemelidir.

3. Elektrik Bağlantıları

Tüm elektrik bağlantıları ulusal ve yerel elektrik kural ve standartlarını karşılamalıdır.

Kontrol panosu, pompalardan veya pompa bağlantılarından sızan sudan zarar görmeyecek şekilde yerleştirilmeli veya korunmalıdır. Kontrol panosunun akım taşıyan parçaları zemin seviyesinden minimum 12 inç (305 mm) yukarıda olmalıdır.

Yolvermeden önce, isim plakası üzerindeki katalog numarası, AC hat gerilimi ve beygir gücü gibi tüm verileri doğrulayın.

Tüm elektrik bağlantılarını, parçaları ve kablo bağlantısını görsel hasar açısından kontrol edin ve gerekirse düzeltin. Güç vermeden önce tüm elektrik bağlantılarının sıkılmasını sağlayın.

Uygun yöntemler ve araçlar kullanarak gerekli kablo kanalını monte edin.

Gelen AC hat gerilimi L1, L2, L3 ve toprak şeklinde net bir şekilde işaretlenmiş ve kesicinin en üstüne yerleştirilmiştir.



3.1 Elektrik Nihai Kontrol Talimatları

UYARI: Aşağıdaki prosedürler, bu ürüne ve ilgili ekipmanına ilişkin elektrik güvenlik prosedürlerine aşina kalifiye bir elektrikçi tarafından gerçekleştirilmelidir.

3.1.1 Motor Rotasyon Kontrolü: Kontrol panosuna güç verilmişken, motor ve pompa rotasyon yönünü kontrol etmek için H.O.A. seçici anahtarı önce "HAND" (EL) konumuna, ardından hemen “OFF” (KAPALI) konumuna geri getirin. Rotasyon yönü yanlışsa, kesiciyi açık konuma getirin ve T1, T2, T3 kontaktör yük terminallerinin faz sırasını veya motor terminallerindeki faz sırasını ters çevirin.

3.1.2 Yolverme ve Durdurma: Kontrol panosuna güç verin. H.O.A. seçici anahtarı “AUTO” (OTOMATİK) konuma ayarlıyken sistem su basıncı, basınç dönüştürücü ayar noktası basıncından (1Lo) düşükse, pompaya yolverilir. Basınç durma noktasının (1Lo+HYS) üzerindeyken pompa durur. İsteğe bağlı çalışma süresi zamanlayıcısı dahil edilirse, basıncın basınç durma noktasının (1Lo+HYS) üzerinde olması kaydıyla pompa ayar süresi boyunca çalışır ve ardından durur. Manuel çalışma amacıyla, pompaya yolvermek için H.O.A. seçici anahtarı “HAND” (EL) konumuna ve durdurmak için “OFF” (KAPALI) konumuna ayarlayın.

3.1.3 Motor Devre Koruyucusu / Aşırı Yük Rölesi Açma Ayarı: Açma ayarı motor isim plakası tam yük amperine eşleşecek şekilde ayarlanmalıdır.

3.1.4 Devre Kesici Açma Ayarları: Bir Devre Kesici kurulduğunda açma ayarı mutlaka kontrol panosunun içindeki tabloda belirtildiği şekilde ayarlanmalıdır.

3.1.5 Çalışma Süresi Zamanlayıcısı: (İsteğe Bağlı) RPT kadranını istediğiniz çalışma süresi zamanlayıcı ayarına getirin. Zamanlayıcının önünde üç adet döner ayar kadranı vardır.

Başka bir döngüye ancak döngünün çalışması tamamlandıktan sonra başlanılabilir.

Con el fin de familiarizarse con el controlador de la bomba compensadora de presión, lea íntegra y cuidadosamente el manual de instrucciones. Conserve el manual para referencias futuras.

1. Instalación y montaje del controlador

Desempaque con cuidado el controlador e inspecciónelo completamente.

Se recomienda que el controlador se ubique lo más cerca posible al motor que controla

El controlador no se sostiene por sí solo y debe atornillarlo de manera segura a una pared. Para enterarse de datos sobre dimensiones y peso, consulte las hojas de datos respectivas al controlador de la bomba compensadora de presión.

2. Conexión de presión del sistema

El controlador de la bomba compensadora de presión está equipado con un transductor de presión. El controlador se suministra con una conexión hembra ¼" NPT de presión del sistema ubicada en la parte inferior, del lado externo de la caja. La conexión debe instalarse según NFPA, panfleto No. 20.

NOTA:Los conductos de agua hacia el transductor de presión no deben estar sucios ni contaminados.

La presión no debe sobrepasar la presión clasificada del transductor.

3. Conexiones Eléctricas

Todas las conexiones eléctricas deben cumplir con los códigos y normas eléctricas nacionales y locales.

El controlador se debe ubicar o proteger de manera que el agua que sale de las bombas o de las conexiones de las mismas no lo dañe. Las piezas de los controladores que portan corriente deben estar a un mínimo de 12 pulgadas (305 mm) sobre el nivel del piso.

Antes de iniciar, verifique toda la información en la placa de identificación, como número de catálogo, línea de voltaje de CA y caballos de fuerza.

Inspeccione todas las conexiones eléctricas, componentes y cableado en busca de daño visible y corríjalo según sea necesario. Cerciórese de que todas las conexiones eléctricas estén apretadas antes de activar la energía.

Instale los conductos necesarios con los métodos y herramientas apropiados.

El voltaje de entrada de la línea de CA está claramente marcado como L1, L2 , L3 y aterrizado, ubicado en la parte superior del interruptor.



3.1 Instrucciones de inspección eléctrica

ADVERTENCIA: Los procedimientos siguientes los debe llevar a cabo un electricista calificado que esté familiarizado con los procedimientos de seguridad de este producto y su equipo relacionado.

3.1.1 Revisión de la rotación del motor:Con el controlador energizado, mueva el interruptor del selector H.O.A. a “HAND” (manual) y después de nuevo inmediatamente a “OFF” (apagado), para revisar la dirección del motor y la rotación de la bomba. Si la dirección de rotación es incorrecta, abra el interruptor automático e invierta la secuencia de fase de las terminales de carga del contactor T1, T2, T3 o en las terminales del motor.

3.1.2 Arranque y parada: Encienda el controlador. Con el interruptor del selector H.O.A. en "AUTO" (automático), si la presión del agua del sistema es menor que la presión del punto de ajuste del transductor de presión (1Lo), la bomba arrancará. La bomba se detiene cuando la presión está sobre el punto de parada (1Lo+HYS). Si se incluye el temporizador de período de funcionamiento, la bomba funciona el tiempo establecido y luego se detiene, siempre que la presión esté sobre el punto de parada de presión (1Lo+HYS). Para el funcionamiento manual, establezca el interruptor del selector H.O.A. a “HAND” (manual) para arrancar la bomba y a “OFF” (apagado) para que se detenga.

3.1.3 Configuración del protector del circuito del motor/disparo del relé de sobrecarga: La configuración del disparo se debe establecer para que coincida con los amperios de carga completa de la placa de identificación del motor.

3.1.4 Configuración del disparo del interruptor automático: Cuando instala un interruptor automático, la configuración del disparo se debe establecer como se indica en el gráfico dentro del controlador.

3.1.5 Temporizador del período de funcionamiento: (Opcional) Ajuste el selector RPT a la configuración de tiempo de período de funcionamiento deseada. Se proporcionan tres selectores de ajuste giratorio en la parte delantera del temporizador.

La U de voltaje de suministro se debe aplicar constantemente al dispositivo (U de diodo fotoemisor verde/t encendido).

Cuando el contacto de control S se cierra, el relé R de salida cambia a la posición encendido (U de diodo fotoemisor verde/t encendido) y el intervalo establecido comienza (U de diodo fotoemisor verde/t titila).

Después de que vence el intervalo (U de diodo fotoemisor verde/t encendido) el relé de salida cambia a la posición apagado (diodo fotoemisor amarillo apagado).

Durante el intervalo, el contacto de control se puede accionar cuantas veces desee.

Sólo puede iniciar un ciclo adicional cuando se complete el primer ciclo.

Los controladores de la bomba compensadora XTJP y XTJY se suministran estándar con un medidor de panel digital que indica la presión actual y los puntos de ajuste de presión de arranque y parada.

4.1 Programación

Asegúrese de que el interruptor de desconexión giratoria y el interruptor selector Hand-Off-Auto (manual-apagado-automático) estén apagados.Aplique energía al controlador de la bomba compensadora.Una vez aplica energía, coloque el interruptor de desconexión giratoria en encendido.

NOTA: Las instrucciones a continuación se basan en las configuraciones predeterminadas por la fábrica. Los valores que se muestran pueden variar dependiendo de los valores de punto de ajuste del parámetro programado. Las configuraciones predeterminadas en la fábrica para cada parámetro se enumeran en la Tabla 1.

MANUEL D’INSTALLATION ET D’ENTRETIEN DES COMMANDES DE POMPE RÉGULATRICE DE PRESSION

Afin de vous familiariser avec la commande de pompe régulatrice de pression, veuillez lire attentivement le présent guide dans son intégralité. Conservez le guide aux fins de référence ultérieure.

1. Installation et assemblage de la commande

Sortez délicatement la commande de son emballage et inspectez-la attentivement.

Il est recommandé de placer la commande le plus près possible du moteur auquel elle est destinée.

La commande n’est pas autoportante et doit être solidement boulonnée à un mur. Pour consulter les données de poids et de dimensions, reportez-vous aux fiches de données de la commande de pompe régulatrice de pression.

2. Câblage pour la pression d’alimentation

La commande de pompe régulatrice de pression est munie d’un transducteur de pression. La commande est dotée d’une prise femelle de ¼ po NPT pour le système de pression qui est situé sur le côté inférieur et extérieur du coffret. La connexion doit être réalisée conformément aux normes de la NFPA, présentées dans le dépliant no 20.

REMARQUE : La tuyauterie d’alimentation d’eau au transducteur de pression doit être exempte de saletés et de contaminants.

La pression ne devrait pas dépasser celle du transducteur de pression.

3. Raccordements électriques

Les raccordements électriques doivent répondre aux normes et aux codes nationaux et locaux en matière d’électricité.

Il est conseillé de placer ou de protéger la commande de manière à ce qu’elle ne subisse aucun dommage par l’eau qui s’échapperait des pompes ou des raccords de pompe. Les pièces sous tension de la commande doivent être à une hauteur minimale de 305 mm (12 pouces) au-dessus du sol.

Avant de démarrer, vérifiez toutes les données sur les plaques d’identification, comme le numéro de catalogue, la tension et la puissance de la ligne à c.a.

Recherchez sur tous les raccordements électriques, les éléments et les fils toute trace de dommage et prenez les mesures nécessaires pour corriger la situation, le cas échéant. Assurez-vous que tous les raccordements électriques sont resserrés avant d’être mis sous tension.

Installez les tuyaux requis en employant les méthodes et les outils appropriés.

La tension d’arrivée de la ligne à c.a. est clairement identifiée par les lettres L1, L2, L3 et « ground » (mise à la terre) sur la partie supérieure du disjoncteur.



3.1 Consignes concernant les vérifications électriques

MISE EN GARDE : Il est recommandé de faire appel à un électricien qualifié, rompu aux procédures de sécurité électrique associées à ce produit et son équipement connexe pour effectuer les procédures suivantes.

3.1.1 Vérification de la rotation du moteur : Après avoir mis la commande sous tension, déplacez le sélecteur manuel-arrêt-automatique (« H.O.A. ») à la position « HAND » (manuel) et immédiatement après à la position « OFF » (arrêt) pour vérifier le sens de rotation du moteur et de la pompe. Si le sens de la direction n’est pas bon, ouvrez le disjoncteur et inversez la séquence des phases des bornes de charge du contacteur T1, T2, T3 ou celles des bornes du moteur.

3.1.2 Démarrage et arrêt : Mettez la commande sous tension. Si le sélecteur manuel-arrêt-automatique est réglé à « AUTO » et si la pression d’eau du système est inférieure à la pression du point de réglage (1Lo) du transducteur de pression, la pompe se met en marche. La pompe s'arrêtera lorsque le niveau de pression sera supérieur au point d'arrêt (1Lo+HYS). Si le compteur de temps de marche optionnel est inclus, la pompe fonctionnera pendant l'intervalle de temps réglé, puis s'arrêtera, pourvu que le niveau de pression soit supérieur au niveau de pression du point d'arrêt (1Lo+HYS). Pour un fonctionnement manuel, réglez le sélecteur manuel-arrêt-automatique à « HAND » pour mettre la pompe en marche et à « OFF » pour l’arrêter.

3.1.3 Protecteur de circuit moteur / Réglage de déclenchement du relais de surcharge : Le réglage de déclenchement doit être réglé de façon à correspondre au courant à pleine charge figurant sur la plaque signalétique du moteur.

3.1.4 Réglage de déclenchement du disjoncteur : Lorsqu'un disjoncteur est installé, le réglage de déclenchement doit être réglé comme indiqué dans le tableau à l'intérieur de la commande.

3.1.5 Compteur de temps de marche : (Optionnel) Réglez le cadran du délai d'exécution au réglage de temps de marche désiré. Trois cadrans de réglage rotatifs sont pourvus à l'avant de la minuterie.

La tension d'alimentation U doit être appliquée constamment à l'appareil (voyant à DEL vert U/t allumé).

Une fois le contact de commande S fermé, le relais de sortie R passe en position de marche (voyant à DEL vert U/t allumé) et l'intervalle de temps défini commence (voyant à DEL vert U/t clignote).

Après l'expiration du délai (voyant à DEL vert U/t allumé), le relais de sortie passe en position d'arrêt (voyant à DEL jaune éteint).

Pendant l'intervalle, le contact de commande peut être actionné plusieurs fois.

Un autre cycle peut être lancé seulement si l'exécution du cycle est terminée.

4. Écran numérique

Les commandes de pompe régulatrice de pression XTJP et XTJY sont munies de série d'un indicateur numérique de tableau indiquant la pression courante et les points de réglage des pressions de démarrage et d'arrêt.

4.1 Programmation

Assurez-vous que le sectionneur rotatif et le sélecteur manuel-arrêt-automatique sont en position « OFF » (arrêt).Mettez la commande de la pompe régulatrice de pression sous tension.Une fois alimentée, tournez le sectionneur rotatif à la position « ON » (marche).

REMARQUE : Les consignes ci-dessous sont basées sur les paramètres d'usine. Par conséquent, les valeurs affichées pourraient varier selon les valeurs de point de réglage programmées. Les réglages d'usine de chacun des paramètres sont énumérés dans le Tableau 1.

4.1.1 Configuration initialeL'écran numérique affichera la pression du système en cours.Appuyez sur le bouton PGM et maintenez-le enfoncé.L'écran devrait afficher « run » (marche).

4.1.2 ENTRÉE : (4.20)En maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « inP » (entrée).Relâchez le bouton PGM.L'écran est réglé en usine à « 4.20 ».Si l'écran n'affiche pas « 4.20 », appuyez sur la flèche vers la DROITE jusqu'à ce que « 4.20 » s'affiche.



4.1.3 SIGNE DÉCIMAL : (1000)En maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « dp » (signe décimal).Relâchez le bouton PGM.L'écran devrait afficher « 1000 ».Ne modifiez pas le réglage.

4.1.4 DÉCALAGE Pression minimale du transducteur : (0 psi)En maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « OF » (décalage).Relâchez le bouton PGM.L'écran devrait afficher « +0000 », prenez note que le symbole « + » clignote.Ne modifiez pas le réglage.

4.1.5 VALEUR DE DÉVIATION MAXIMALE Pression maximale du transducteur : (500 psi)En maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « FS » (déviation maximale).Relâchez la touche de la flèche vers le haut et le bouton PGM.L'écran devrait afficher « +0500 », prenez note que le symbole « + » clignote.Ne modifiez pas le réglage.

4.1.6 RELAIS 1 - POINT DE RÉGLAGE ÉLEVÉ D'ALARME : (+9999)En maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « 1HI » (élevé).Relâchez la touche de la flèche vers le haut et le bouton PGM. Remarque : Le réglage minimum du différentiel est de 1 psi (+0001).

4.1.11 MARCHEEn maintenant toujours le bouton PGM enfoncé, appuyez sur la flèche vers le haut.L'écran devrait afficher « run » (marche).Relâchez la touche de la flèche vers le haut et le bouton PGM. La pression courante est affichée.

Para se familiarizar com o controlador da bomba Jockey, leia todo o manual de instruções com atenção. Guarde o manual para referência futura.

1. Instalação e montagem do controlador

Desembale cuidadosamente e inspecione completamente o controlador.

Recomendamos que o controlador fique localizado o mais próximo possível do motor que controla

O controlador não fica em pé sozinho e deve ser preso a uma parede. Para dados de dimensão e peso, consulte as respectivas planilhas de dados do controlador da bomba Jockey.

2. Conexão de pressão do sistema

O controlador da bomba Jockey vem equipado com um transdutor de pressão. O controlador é equipado com uma conexão de pressão de fêmea de ¼" NPT localizada na lateral inferior externa do chassi. A conexão deve ser instalada de acordo com a NFPA, folheto nº 20.

OBSERVAÇÃO: As tubulações de água que chegam no transdutor de pressão não devem ter sujeira e nem contaminação.

A pressão não deve ser maior do que a que o transdutor pode suportar.

3. Conexões elétricas

Todas as conexões elétricas devem estar de acordo com as normas e padrões elétricos nacionais e locais.

O controlador deve estar localizado ou protegido de tal forma que não seja danificado pela água que escapa das bombas ou de suas conexões. As peças que conduzem corrente dos controladores devem estar no mínimo a 305 mm (12") acima do piso.

Antes de iniciar, verifique todos os dados na placa de identificação, como número do catálogo, tensão de linha AC e cavalo-vapor.

Inspecione todas as conexões elétricas, os componentes e a fiação quanto a danos visíveis e corrija, se necessário. Certifique-se de que todas as conexões elétricas estejam firmes, antes de energizá-las.

Instale o conduto necessário, usando métodos e ferramentas apropriados.

A tensão de linha AC de entrada está claramente marcada L1, L2, L3 e terra, localizada na parte superior do disjuntor.



3.1 Instruções de verificação elétrica

AVISO: Os procedimentos a seguir deverão ser realizados por um eletricista qualificado e familiar com os procedimentos de segurança elétrica associados a esse produto e seus equipamentos associados.

3.1.1 Verificação de rotação do motor: Com o controlador energizado, mova o interruptor do seletor H.O.A. para “HAND” (MÃO) e, em seguida, de volta para "OFF" (Deslig.) imediatamente, para verificar a direção de rotação do motor e da bomba. Se a direção da rotação não estiver correta, abra o disjuntor e inverta a sequência de fases dos terminais de carga do contator T1, T2, T3 ou nos terminais do motor.

3.1.2 Dar partida e parar: Energize o controlador. Com o interruptor do seletor H.O.A. definido como "AUTO", se a pressão de água do sistema for menor que a pressão de ponto de ajuste do transdutor (1Lo), a bomba será iniciada. A bomba irá parar quando a pressão estiver acima do ponto de parada (1Lo+HYS). Se o temporizador opcional de período de operação estiver incluído, a bomba irá funcionar pelo tempo definido em seguida, irá parar, desde que a pressão esteja acima do ponto de parada da pressão (1Lo+HYS). Para operação manual, defina o interruptor do seletor H.O.A. como “HAND" para iniciar a bomba e como “OFF” para parar.

3.1.3 Protetor de circuito do motor / Proteção contra disparo de sobrecarga da relé: A proteção contra disparo deve ser definida para corresponder aos ampères de carga total da placa de identificação do motor.

3.1.4 Configurações de disparo do disjuntor: Quando um disjuntor está instalado, a configuração de disparo deve ser definida como indicado na tabela de dentro do controlador.

3.1.5 Temporizador do período de operação: (Opcional) Ajuste a discagem RPT para a configuração de tempo de período de operação desejado. Três discos giratórios de ajuste são fornecidos na frente do temporizador.

A tensão fornecida U deve ser constantemente aplicada ao dispositivo (LED U/t verde iluminado).

Quando o contato de controle S é fechado, a relé de saída R muda para a posição Ligado (LED U/t verde iluminado) e o intervalo definido começa (LED U/t pisca).

Depois de o intervalo ter expirado (LED U/t verde iluminado) a relé de saída muda para a posição Desligado (LED amarelo não iluminado).

Durante o intervalo, o contato de controle pode ser operado quantas vezes forem necessárias.

Um ciclo adicional só pode ser iniciado quando a operação do ciclo tiver sido concluída.

Leggere attentamente e interamente il presente manuale per acquisire familiarità con il funzionamento di questo controllore per pompa di compensazione. Conservare il manuale come riferimento futuro.

1. Installazione e montaggio del controllore

Disimballare con cura il controllore ed eseguire un’ispezione accurata.

Si consiglia di posizionare il controllore il più vicino possibile al motore che deve controllare.

Il controllore non può essere posizionato a sé stante, ma richiede un fissaggio sicuro a parete. Per quanto riguarda dimensioni e peso, fare riferimento ai rispetti fogli dei dati tecnici del controllore pompa di compensazione.

2. Collegamento alla pressione dell’impianto

Il controllore pompa di compensazione è provvisto di un trasduttore di pressione. Il controllore è provvisto di un dispositivo di attacco femmina NPT ¼" per il collegamento alla pressione dell’impianto, situato sul fondo, all’esterno dell’alloggiamento. Eseguire il collegamento in conformità con NFPA, opuscolo n. 20.

NOTA: le tubazioni acqua dirette al trasduttore di pressione devono essere pulite e prive di qualsiasi agente contaminante.

La pressione non deve superare il valore per il quale è tarato il trasduttore di pressione.

3. Collegamenti elettrici

Tutti i collegamenti elettrici devono soddisfare gli standard e i codici elettrici nazionali e locali.

Il controllore deve essere posizionato o protetto in modo da non subire danneggiamenti causati dall’acqua che fuoriesce da pompe o allacciamenti di pompe. Le parti conduttrici elettriche dei controllori devono trovarsi ad almeno 12 pollici (305 mm) dal livello del pavimento.

Prima di iniziare, controllare tutti i dati della targhetta, tra cui numero di catalogo, tensione linea CA e potenza.

Ispezionare tutti i collegamenti elettrici, i componenti e il cablaggio per escludere ed eventualmente eliminare eventuali danni visibili. Prima dell’accensione, accertarsi che tutti i collegamenti elettrici siano correttamente serrati.

Per l’installazione delle tubazioni necessarie, utilizzare metodi e strumenti idonei.

La tensione di linea CA in ingresso è contrassegnata L1, L2, L3 e massa e si trova sulla parte superiore dell’interruttore automatico.



3.1 Istruzioni per il controllo dell’impianto elettrico

AVVERTENZA Fare eseguire le procedure seguenti da un elettricista qualificato che abbia familiarità con le procedure elettriche di sicurezza relative a questo prodotto e all’apparecchiatura ad esso associata.

3.1.1 Controllo rotazione motore: dopo aver acceso il controllore, spostare il selettore H.O.A. su "HAND" (MANUALE), quindi riportarlo immediatamente su “OFF” (SPENTO) per controllare il senso di rotazione del motore e della pompa. Se il senso di rotazione non è corretto, aprire l’interruttore automatico e invertire la sequenza di fase dei morsetti di carico T1, T2, T3 del contattore o sui morsetti del motore.

3.1.2 Avvio e arresto: accendere il controllore. Con il selettore H.O.A. su “AUTO” (AUTOMATICO), se la pressione dell’acqua dell’impianto è inferiore alla pressione del valore di riferimento del trasduttore di pressione (1Lo), la pompa si avvia. La pompa si arresterà quando la pressione è superiore al valore di arresto (1Lo+HYS). Se è installato il timer di funzionamento, la pompa funzionerà per il periodo impostato quindi sarà ripristinata, a condizione che la pressione sia superiore al valore di arresto (1Lo+HYS). Per il funzionamento manuale, impostare il selettore H.O.A. su “HAND” (MANUALE) per avviare la pompa e su “OFF” (SPENTO) per arrestarla.

3.1.3 Protezione di circuito del motore/Impostazione scatto relè di sovraccarico: l'impostazione di scatto deve essere configurata in modo da corrispondere all'amperaggio a pieno carico riportato sulla targhetta del motore.

3.1.4 Impostazioni scatto interruttore automatico: se è installato un interruttore automatico, l'impostazione di scatto deve essere configurata come indicato sullo schema all'interno del controllore.

3.1.5 Timer di funzionamento: (opzionale) regolare il quadrante RPT sull'impostazione di funzionamento desiderata. Sulla parte anteriore del timer sono presenti tre quadranti di regolazione rotanti.

La tensione di alimentazione U deve essere applicata in maniera costante al dispositivo (LED U/t verde acceso).

Se il contatto di controllo S è chiuso, il relè di uscita R viene commutato sulla posizione di accensione (LED U/t verde acceso) e ha inizio l'intervallo impostato (LED U/t verde lampeggiante).

Al termine dell'intervallo (LED U/t verde acceso), il relè di uscita torna nella posizione di spegnimento (LED giallo spento).

Durante l'intervallo, il contatto di controllo può essere azionato un numero indefinito di volte.

È possibile iniziare un ulteriore ciclo solo quando il ciclo in corso è completamente terminato.

PODRĘCZNIK INSTALACJI I KONSERWACJI KONTROLERÓW POMPY PODTRZYMUJĄCEJ

W celu zapoznania się ze sposobem działania kontrolera pompy podtrzymującej należy dokładnie i uważnie zapoznać się z niniejszym podręcznikiem. Podręcznik należy zachować na przyszłość.

1. Instalacja i montaż kontrolera

Ostrożnie rozpakować i uważnie sprawdzić kontroler.

Zalecane jest umieszczenie kontrolera w miarę możliwości jak najbliżej silnika, którym będzie sterował

Kontroler nie jest urządzeniem wolnostojącym i należy go bezpiecznie przymocować do ściany. Informacje o wymiarach i ciężarze zawierają odpowiednie arkusze danych kontrolera pompy podtrzymującej.

2. Połączenie układu ciśnieniowego

Kontroler pompy podtrzymującej jest wyposażony w przetwornik ciśnienia. Kontroler jest wyposażony w żeńskie złącze ciśnieniowe NPT ¼", które znajduje się u dołu, po zewnętrznej stronie obudowy. Połączenie należy wykonać zgodnie z zaleceniami agencji NFPA, broszura nr 20.

UWAGA: Linie wodne podłączane do przetwornika ciśnienia muszą być wolne od brudu i zanieczyszczeń.

Ciśnienie nie powinno przekraczać wartości ciśnienia znamionowego przetwornika ciśnienia.

3. Połączenia elektryczne

Wszystkie połączenia elektryczne powinny być zgodne z krajowymi i lokalnymi normami elektrycznymi.

Kontroler należy umieścić lub zabezpieczyć w taki sposób, aby nie został uszkodzony przez wodę wydobywającą się z pomp lub połączeń pomp. Elementy nośne kontrolerów powinny znajdować się co najmniej 305 mm (12 cali) nad poziomem podłogi.

Przed uruchomieniem należy sprawdzić wszystkie dane na tabliczce znamionowej, takie jak numer katalogowy, napięcie prądu przemiennego oraz moc znamionowa.

Należy sprawdzić wszystkie połączenia elektryczne, elementy oraz przewody pod względem widocznych uszkodzeń i w razie potrzeby naprawić. Przed przyłożeniem napięcia do układu należy upewnić się, że wszystkie połączenia elektryczne są poprawnie zaciśnięte i dokręcone.

Zamontować wymagane przewody, stosując odpowiednie metody i narzędzia.

Żyły wejściowego napięcia przemiennego są wyraźnie oznaczone, jako L1, L2, L3 oraz żyła uziemienia na górnej części wyłącznika automatycznego.



3.1 Instrukcja kontroli połączeń elektrycznych

OSTRZEŻENIE: Poniższe czynności powinny być wykonywane przez wykwalifikowanego elektryka zaznajomionego z procedurami bezpieczeństwa elektrycznego, które dotyczą niniejszego produktu oraz jego wyposażenia.

3.1.1 Kontrola obrotów silnika: Po podłączeniu napięcia do kontrolera należy przesunąć przełącznik H.O.A. do położenia „HAND” (Ręczne), a następnie natychmiast do położenia „OFF” (Wył.) w celu sprawdzenia kierunku obrotu silnika i rotacji pompy. Jeśli kierunek rotacji nie jest poprawny, należy uruchomić wyłącznik automatyczny i odwrócić kolejność faz na zaciskach odbiorników stycznika T1, T2, T3 lub na zaciskach silnika.

3.1.2 Uruchamianie i wyłączanie: Podłączyć napięcie do kontrolera. Jeśli przełącznik H.O.A. jest ustawiony w położeniu „AUTO” (Automatyczne), a ciśnienie wody w układzie jest niższe niż nastawa przetwornika ciśnienia (1Lo), pompa zostanie uruchomiona. Pompa zostanie zatrzymana, gdy ciśnienie przekroczy określoną wartość (1Lo+HYS). Jeśli w układzie działa opcjonalny licznik czasu pracy, pompa będzie działała przez ustawiony czas, pod warunkiem, że ciśnienie przekracza wartość zadaną ciśnienia zatrzymania (1Lo+HYS). W celu ręcznego uruchomienia pompy należy ustawić przełącznik H.O.A. w położeniu „HAND” (Ręczne). W celu wyłączenia pompy należy ustawić przełącznik w położeniu „OFF” (Wył.).

3.1.3 Zabezpieczenie obwodu silnika / Ustawienie włącznika przekaźnika przeciążeniowego: Wyłącznik należy ustawić w taki sposób, aby jego nastawa odpowiadała pełnemu obciążeniu silnika, podanemu na jego tabliczce znamionowej.

3.1.4 Ustawienia wyłączenia wyłącznika automatycznego: Jeśli zainstalowano wyłącznik automatyczny, należy go ustawić zgodnie ze schematem znajdującym się po wewnętrznej stronie obudowy kontrolera.

3.1.5 Licznik czasu pracy: (opcja) Ustawić tarczę licznika RPT w taki sposób, aby ustawić wymagany czasu pracy. Trzy obrotowe tarcze regulacyjne zamontowano w przedniej części licznika.

Napięcie zasilające U musi być stale podawane do urządzenia (świecenie się zielonej diody LED U/t).

Gdy stycznik sterujący S jest zamknięty, przekaźnik wyjściowy R przełącza się w położenie włączenia (świecenie się zielonej diody LED U/t) i rozpoczyna się odliczanie ustawionego czasu (miganie zielonej diody LED U/t).

Po upływie określonego czasu (świecenie się zielonej diody LED U/t) przekaźnik wyjściowy przełącza się w położenie wyłączenia (wyłączenie żółtej diody LED).

W ustawionym czasie pracy można zmieniać ustawienie stycznika sterowania dowolną liczbę razy.

Kolejny cykl można uruchomić wyłącznie po zakończeniu bieżącego cyklu.

INSTALLATIE- EN ONDERHOUDSHANDLEIDING VOOR SCHAKELKASTEN VOOR JOCKEYPOMPEN

Lees de gebruikershandleiding grondig door om uzelf vertrouwd te maken met de schakelkast voor jockeypompen. Bewaar de handleiding als naslagwerk.

1. Installatie en montage van de schakelkast

Pak de schakelkast voorzichtig uit en voer een grondige inspectie uit.

U wordt aanbevolen de schakelkast zo dicht als praktisch mogelijk bij de desbetreffende motor te plaatsen

De schakelkast is niet vrijstaand en moet stevig aan de wand worden vastgeschroefd. Raadpleeg voor afmetingen en gewichten de desbetreffende gegevensbladen voor de schakelkast voor jockeypompen.

2. Systeemdrukaansluiting

De schakelkast voor jockeypompen is uitgerust met een drukomzetter. De schakelkast wordt geleverd met een vrouwelijke ¼" NPT-systeemdrukaansluiting op de onderkant, aan de buitenzijde van de behuizing. De aansluiting moet worden geplaatst volgens pamflet 20 van de Amerikaanse brandbestrijdingsorganisatie NFPA.

OPMERKING: waterleidingen naar de drukomzetter moeten vrij van slijk en vervuiling zijn.

De druk mag niet hoger worden dan de waarde waarop de drukomzetter is berekend.

3. Elektrische aansluitingen

Alle elektrische aansluitingen moeten voldoen aan nationale en lokale elektrische voorschriften en normen.

De schakelkast moet zodanig worden opgesteld of beschermd dat deze niet kan worden beschadigd door uit de pompen of aansluitingen lekkend water. Stroomvoerende onderdelen van schakelkasten moeten minimaal 12 inch (305 mm) boven het vloeroppervlakte blijven.

Controleer voor het starten alle gegevens op het merkplaatje, zoals catalogusnummer, AC-netspanning en vermogen.

Controleer alle elektrische aansluitingen, onderdelen en bedradingen op zichtbare schade en herstel waar nodig. Zorg ervoor dat alle elektrische aansluitingen stevig vastzitten voordat deze onder spanning worden gezet.

Breng de benodigde elektriciteitsbuizen aan met de juiste methoden en gereedschappen.

De inkomende AC-netspanning is duidelijk gemarkeerd met L1, L2, L3 en aarde boven op de onderbreker.



3.1 Instructies voor elektrische controle

WAARSCHUWING: De volgende procedures dienen te worden uitgevoerd door een gekwalificeerd elektricien die bekend is met de veiligheidsprocedures voor werken met elektriciteit voor dit product en de bijbehorende apparatuur.

3.1.1 Controle motorrotatie: Beweeg bij bekrachtigde schakelkast de H.O.A.-keuzehendel naar “HAND” (Handmatig) en vervolgens direct terug naar “OFF” (Uit) om de richting van de motor- en pomprotatie te controleren. Als de rotatierichting niet correct is, opent u de onderbreker en keert u de fasevolgorde om van de belastingsklemmen van de schakelaar T1, T2, T3 of van de motorklemmen.

3.1.2 Starten en stoppen: Bekrachtig de schakelkast. Wanneer de H.O.A.-keuzehendel is ingesteld op “AUTO” (Automatisch) en de waterdruk in het systeem lager is dan het instelpunt voor de drukomzetter (1Lo), wordt de pomp gestart. De pomp wordt gestopt wanneer de druk boven het stoppunt komt (1Lo+HYS). Als de optionele looptijdtimer is opgenomen, wordt de pomp gedurende de ingestelde tijd uitgevoerd en stopt deze vervolgens, mits de druk boven het drukstoppunt komt (1Lo+HYS). Voor handmatige bediening stelt u de H.O.A.-keuzehendel in op “HAND" (Handmatig) om de pomp te starten en op “OFF” (Uit) om deze te stoppen.

3.1.3 Stroombeveiliging motor / Uitschakelingsinstelling overbelastingrelais: De uitschakelingsinstelling moet worden ingesteld op de stroomsterkte bij volledig belaste motor zoals vermeld op het merkplaatje.

3.1.4 Uitschakelingsinstellingen stroomonderbreker: Wanneer een stroomonderbreker is geïnstalleerd, moet de uitschakelingsinstelling worden ingesteld zoals aangegeven in het diagram op de binnenzijde van de schakelkast.

3.1.5 Looptijdtimer: (Optioneel) Stel de RPT-schakelaar in op de gewenste instelling voor de looptijd. Er bevinden zich drie draaischakelaars op de voorzijde van de timer.

De voedingsspanning U moet voortdurend aanwezig zijn op het apparaat (groene LED U/t brandt).

Wanneer het stuurcontact S wordt gesloten, schakelt het uitgangsrelais R naar de aan-positie (groene LED U/t brandt) en gaat het ingestelde interval van start (groene LED U/t knippert).

Wanneer het interval is afgelopen (groene LED U/t brandt), schakelt de uitgangsrelais naar de uit-positie (gele LED brandt niet).

Tijdens het interval kan het stuurcontact een willekeurig aantal keer worden geschakeld.

Een nieuwe cyclus kan pas worden gestart wanneer de vorige cyclus is voltooid.

De XTJP en XTJY schakelkasten voor jockeypompen worden standaard geleverd met een digitale paneelmeter waarop de huidige druk en drukinstelpunten voor stoppen en starten worden weergegeven.

4.1 Programmeren

Zorg ervoor dat de draaischakelaar voor ontkoppelen en de Hand-Off-Auto-keuzehendel (Handmatig-Uit-Automatisch) op de OFF-positie (Uit) zijn ingesteld.Schakel de voeding van de schakelkast voor jockeypompen in.Wanneer de voeding is ingeschakeld, stelt u de draaischakelaar voor ontkoppelen in op de ON-positie (AAN).

OPMERKING: De onderstaande instructies zijn gebaseerd op de standaard fabrieksinstellingen. De weergegeven waarden kunnen verschillen, afhankelijk van de geprogrammeerde waarden voor parameterinstelpunten. De standaard fabrieksinstellingen voor elke parameter worden weergegeven in tabel 1.

4.1.1 Eerste instellingenOp het digitale display wordt de huidige systeemdruk weergegeven.Druk op de knop PGM en houd deze vast.Op het display wordt “run” (uitvoeren) weergegeven.

4.1.2 INGANG: (4.20)Houd de knop PGM ingedrukt en druk op de knop met de pijl omhoog.Op het display wordt “inP” (ingang) weergegeven.Laat de knop PGM los.De fabrieksinstellingen van het display zijn teruggezet naar “4.20”.Als “4.20” niet op het display wordt weergegeven, drukt u op de knop met de pijl naar rechts totdat “4.20” wordt weergegeven.



4.1.3 DECIMALE PUNT: (1000)Houd de knop PGM ingedrukt en druk op de knop met de pijl omhoog.Op het display wordt “dp” weergegeven.Laat de knop PGM los.Op het display wordt “1000” weergegevenWijzig deze instelling niet.

4.1.4 OFFSET Minimale druk omzetter: (0 psi)Houd de knop PGM ingedrukt en druk op de knop met de pijl omhoog.Op het display wordt “OF” weergegeven.Laat de knop PGM los.Op het display wordt “+0000” weergegeven. Opmerking: de “+” knippert.Wijzig deze instelling niet.

4.1.5 SCHAALEINDWAARDE Maximale druk omzetter: (500 psi)Houd de knop PGM ingedrukt en druk op de knop met de pijl omhoog.Op het display wordt “FS” (schaaleindwaarde) weergegeven.Laat de knop met de pijl omhoog en de knop PGM los.Op het display wordt “+0500” weergegeven. Opmerking: de “+” knippert.Wijzig deze instelling niet.

4.1.7 RELAIS 1 – Laag ALARMINSTELPUNT: (+0000) drukstartpuntHoud de knop PGM ingedrukt en druk op de knop met de pijl omhoog.Op het display wordt “1Lo” (1 laag) weergegeven.Laat de knop met de pijl omhoog en de knop PGM los.Op het display wordt “+0000” weergegeven.Druk op de knop met de pijl naar rechts om de invoerpositie te verplaatsen.Stel de gewenste waarde voor het startpunt in met de knoppen met de pijlen omhoog en omlaag.(Bijvoorbeeld: voor 100 psi, wordt op het display “+0100” weergegeven.)

稳压泵控制箱的安装与保养手册

为了熟悉稳压泵的控制箱，请您全面而仔细地阅读本说明书，并将它保存好。以供日后参考。

1. 控制箱的安装

小心地启封控制箱的包装，并作仔细检查。

推荐将控制箱尽可能靠近它所控制的马达。

控制箱不可立在地上，必须用螺栓牢固地固定在墙上。其尺寸与重量数据请参阅稳压泵控制箱的相关资料篇。

2. 系统压力连接

稳压泵控制箱有一个压力传感器。控制箱在底部、机箱外侧配有一个 ¼" NPT 系统压力接口。此接口应按照 NFPA （美

国国家防火协会）手册 20 的要求安装。

注意：连接压力传感器的水管不能有污物和污染。

水压不应超过压力传感器的额定值。

3. 电气连接

所有的电气连接应满足国家与地方的电气规范和标准。

控制箱所在位置或受到的保护，应使它免遭来自泵或泵的接管处渗水之害。控制箱的带电部件至少应高出地面 12 英寸 (305 mm)。

在启动水泵前，要验证铭牌上的数据，如产品号、交流电压值以及马力值。

检查所有电气接线、部件、线路是否有任何可见的损坏，必

要时予以纠正。确保所有电气接线在带电前均很紧固。

采用适当的方法与工具安装所需的导管。

进线交流电压清楚地标明为 L1，L2，L3 与接地，它位于断路器的顶部。



3.1 电气验证说明

警告：下列步骤应由熟悉本产品及相关设备电气安全步骤的合格电器人员执行。

3.1.1 马达转向检查：在控制箱带电时，将 H.O.A 选择开关移向 “HAND （手动）” 位置，然后立即回到 “OFF（关）” 位置，以检查马达的转向与泵的旋转情况。如果转向有误，断开断路器，反接接触器 T1、T2、T3 的负载端子或马达端子的相序。

3.1.2 启动与停泵：使控制箱带电。将 H.O.A 选择开关置于 “AUTO （自动）” 位置，如果系统水压低于压力传感器的设定压力值 (1Lo)，泵会启动。压力大于停止点 (1Lo+HYS) 时，泵即停止。如果包含可选的运行时间计时器且压力大于压力停止点 (1Lo+HYS)，则泵运行完设定时间后将会停止。如果是手动运行，则将 H.O.A 选择开关置于“HAND （手动）” 位置来启动泵，将开关置于 “OFF （关）” 位置来停泵。

3.1.3 马达电路保护器 / 过载继电器触发设置：触发设置应与马达铭牌的马达满载电流一致。

3.1.4 断路器触发设置：若安装了断路器，则触发设置必须与控制箱内侧上的图表一致。

3.1.5 运转时间计时器：（可选）将 RPT 转盘调整至所需的运行时间设置。三个旋转调整转盘位于计时器的前部。

运行时间计时器出厂默认值

调整范围出厂默认值 = 1

时间范围出厂默认值 = 10 m

功能出厂默认值 = Ws

(Ws)单次触发 - 前沿和控制输入

电源电压 U 必须持续施加于设备（绿色 LED U/t 亮起）。

控制触头 S 关闭后，输出继电器 R 转至打开位置（绿色 LED U/t 亮起）且设定的间隔开始（绿色 LED U/t 闪烁）。

达到间隔时间后（绿色 LED U/t 亮起），输出继电器转至关闭位置（黄色 LED U/t 熄灭）。

在间隔时间内，控制触头可以操作若干次。

只有完成周期运行后才能开始进行后续的周期。

4.1 编程

确保旋转隔离开关和 “ 手动 - 关闭 - 自动 ” 选择器都位于 “OFF （关闭）”位置。为稳压泵控制箱供电。通电后，将旋转隔离开关转至 “ON （打开）” 位置。

注意：下面的说明是基于出厂默认设置。根据编程参数设置点值的不同，显示值可能不同。每个参数的出厂默认设置列于表 1 中。

4.1.1 初始设置

数字显示屏会显示当前系统压力。

按住 PGM 按钮。

显示屏会显示 “run （运行）”

4.1.2 输入：(4.20)

按住 PGM 按钮的同时，按下向上箭头按钮。

显示屏会显示 “inP”

松开 PGM 按钮

显示屏会恢复为出厂设置 “4.20”。

如果显示屏未显示 “4.20”，请按下向右箭头按钮，直至显示 “4.20”



4.1.3 小数点：(1000)


显示屏会显示 “dp”

松开 PGM 按钮

显示屏会显示 “1000”

请勿变更设置。

4.1.4 偏差值最小传感器压力：(0 psi)
