Our services are underpinned by adult-learningprinciples and effective social learning. Whenparticipants actively engage with others about thecontent, they're more likely to apply learning topractice.

Our coaching methodology actively engages allparticipants, strengthening neural pathways for long-term, sustainable change . The Oranges Toolkitlearning environments are experiential even in thevirtual setting – because we learn best by doing  andreflecting.

Where possible, we set up small groups to enablemeaningful connections and trust which are thefoundations of a psychologically safe and productiveworkplace. All participants are supported to committo clear actions to build their wellbeing.
