Criteria
Item Description
Parameter or Procedure
Describes which portion of the work item being discussed on this line of the ITP. It is common for a specification or item to have several parameters or procedures.
Additional Reference
contains useful information such as other specification sections that may be integral to inspection of the item.
Acceptance Criteria
Describes how the requirement is met for that parameter or procedure. These are mostly standardized and match the types in SiteManager.
Under MoDOT quality management, the contractor is responsible for 100% of quality control. The contractor may delegate to subs or suppliers, but must ensure they comply with the project ITP.
The frequencies listed may be in "word format" such as ONCE PER DAY. When inputted into SiteManager, the frequency may be translated to a "number format" such as 1 per 500cy that roughly
represents the "word format". In case of conflict between SiteManager and the ITP frequency, the ITP should govern.
Elec
tron
ic
Proc
ess
Checklists have been developed as an aid for more complex inspection. Be aware that the checklist may not cover all aspects of inspection.
Test Records Every material test taken should generate a test record.
Misc. Miscellaneous documents can cover many different types of deliverables. See the ITP or specifications for more detail.
Electronic Process
Indicates that there is a specific process the contractor must comply with to allow MoDOT to collect data electronically. No deviations from this requirement should be allowed without headquarters approval.
The various documents required from QC will be stored in Sharepoint with the exception of ones with an electronic process developed.
