• INFO 2016 will develop in the frame of the Convention of Science, Technology and Innovation, sponsored and organized event by the CITMA and the International Conference Center of Havana, together with other events that will be developed in parallel as integral part of it. Therefore, the recognized event is the Convention, which assumes the importance of the events that compose it, having applied the participation across it for the payments and hiring that will be carried out by the natural and juridical persons, notifying to the IDICT the execution of these procedures to the administrative effects and control.

Associated Exhibition Fair Jointly with the Congress, will be organized an associated exhibition fair in the proper International Conference Center of Havana, what will propitiate a suitable frame so that the information organizations, companies, commercial and consulting firms, and producing or marketing companies linked to the topics that the event summons show and promote their products. As part of the Fair, it is foreseen to organize an Exhibition of Computer Products. The price of the modular interior stand is $ 110,00 CUC for m², the national entities that do not commercialize in currencies pay the same quantity in CUP, and those that commercialize in currencies pay 50 %. The IDICT, as sometimes previous, summons all the producers of databases, multimedia and software that are used for the information service management and provision in libraries, information and documentary centers, and other organizations so that they present their last productions to be showed in the exhibition that will be realized like part of the Associated Exhibition Fair. This Exhibition will serve to facilitate an exchange between producers and clients of the different electronic products applied to the information activity.
