HISTORY Xigent was created in 2009 out of the recognition that middle to large sized organizations are underserved by the IT service and solution providers in the market. Our focus from the start has been to help mid-market organizations increase the value IT delivers to their business with our three-tiered, systematic approach:

• A standards-based methodology for IT improvement specifically developed for middle to large sized organizations. This is an IT strategy and planning capability where we help our clients create a road map and plan to achieve Business Efficient IT (BEI).

• Initial and continuing investment in a team of highly skilled IT and service professionals to lead the BEI process and deliver exceptional service.

To accelerate the growth of our core competencies, Xigent also completed four foundational acquisitions that included the service division of Xcedex, Mocha Data and VM Powered, and the solutions business of Encompass. With offices in Minnesota and South Dakota, our revenue continues to increase by over 25% per year with corresponding growth in employees possessing strategy, professional, and managed services skills.
