InteractiveHallwayDescription

We’ll capture attendees attention and draw them into The Tap experience with an immersive hallway that comes to life as guests walk past.

We’ll connect with convention center attendees and reinforce how Comcast powers their connected lives with a responsive LED wall. We’ll alternate LED areas of the wall with horizontal reflective material strips so passersby can see themselves transforming from their analog self into abstract, multi-colored digital representations.

How it WorksImmersive hallway that comes to life as guests walk past:

• LED panel walls visually responds to guest’s motion throughout the hallway

• Connected LED floor strips illuminate in a synchronized, coordinated pattern

• Series of video monitors on opposite side of hallway rotate through The Tap content messaging

• Motion Sensors trigger content on LED panels

• Gestural/Skeletal detection allows for responsive interaction from multiple consumers

• Content triggers coordinated LED light patterns on hallway flooring which are synced with content on LED interactive wall

• Wall will consist of 8”x8” LED panels coupled together to create a solid wall

o Each panel will have an internal proximity sensor to link together to create on proximity wall

Interactive Flooring

• 20–4’x7”proximity sensing and touch sensing LED strips

• 20–2’x7”proximity sensing and touch sensing LED strips

An artfully crafted light display that spans the ceiling and animates and celebrates the connectivity and ease of Xfinity xFi and rewards guests of The Tap each time they sign onto the Wifi network.

How it WorksCreative States:

Ambient

• Pre-programmed cascading designs across lighting fixture

Customized

• Guests log in to Wifi on their connected device

• They’re greeted with a message from Xfinity that brings their attention to the speed, coverage and control of xFi

• Guests follow an on-screen prompt to choose a color and animation design

• Lastly, they watch it come to life above and see the entire environment of the space gradually transform colors over time as more and more users connect to the Wifi
