What is XanaX?AKA: Zannies, Bars, Benzos, Alprazolam

Xanax is the trade name for Alprazolem. It is a prescription medicine that is used to treat severe anxiety. It’s a tranquilliser that is used to slow the brain and body down.

Some people buy Xanax from the internet or from street dealers to alter their mood. They wrongly believe it is safer than using illegal drugs.

The tablets that are most commonly available illegally are white and lozenge shaped. They are scored into four sections and have ‘XANAX’ or numbers printed on them.

the effectsXanax relieves tension and anxiety. It produces feelings of calm and relaxation. Users may feel very ‘chilled out’ and sleepy.

Xanax can cause short term memory loss.
