JUNIOR TEAMS cont…..

Photographer

APDA will be providing a Photographer on the day to photograph all of the beautiful teams. The photographer is Reynaud Photography. They will have a password gallery for you to view and purchase the photos from after the events over the weekend.

Videoing your TEAM There is to be no Videoing and Photography in the audience on the day. APDA rules, Anyone seen to be doing this will be removed immediately. APDA have a designated area for each club to set up a video camera and record there Team ONLY.

FACILITIES

APDA are trying to obtain a Coffee Cart to attend the event. At the time of writing, they have been unsuccessful so please pack plenty of water and snacks.

PARKING

It has been identified that Wahroonga Markets on are every Saturday from 9am – 2pm at Abbotsleigh Senior School. Please allow plenty of time to park and get to the marshaling area in time for the commencement of their section.

IF YOU HAVEN’T ROSTERED AND PAID FOR YOUR CHILD/REN OR YOURSELF INTO THE CLASS THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ROSTERED IN THAT CLASS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. IMPORTANT:

TERM 4 CLASS INFORMATION As in previous years, Parents/Carers/Grandparents/Siblings were unable to enter classes during Team training as we found this to be very beneficial to the girls learning ability to have no distractions during their class times. So for 2016 classes Term 4 will be CLOSED to Parents/Carers/Siblings/Grandparents as the girls in ages 5, 6, 7, 8 have the opportunity to concentrate without any distractions. You are very welcome to stay and converse with other parents. At the discretion of the teachers, there may be an opportunity for the end of the lesson to have you all come and view your child’s progress. Thank you for your understanding
