I am applying for a variance to rules pertaining to the placement of a shed in my back yard.I have purchased a new home in Severn MD. My new honie does not have a garage. Ipurchased a 10x16 shed from Myers Mini Barns in Woodbine Md. I bought the shed forstorage of lawn tools/ lawn mower, 3 adult bicycles, and other storable items. Due to the sizeand shape of the yard, I have little choice but to place the shed as shown in the plat. The rainpond prevents me from placing the shed anywhere else in the yard with any practicality,and still meet the county zoning requirements. In addition, this placement still allows for areasonable distance from the steps of the deck. That distance places the body of the shed 12feet from the bottom of the deck stairs and 8' froni the bottom of the ramp to the stairs. Therampis4'x5'.

This shed is 10' xl6/. It is W from. the left property line and 14' from the right property lineThe shed is 3' from the back property line. It is 10' tail at the peak, the mam house isapproximately 30' tall and is 26.1'W x 34.1'L.

I am requesting a variance to rules regarding placement of shed closer to the back propertyline than is required by zoning laws which require staructures like this to be at mininium 7/from the back line. I would like a variance to allow me to place the shed at 3' from the backline.
