Cardinal will pay for you, your significant other, and your children (18 and Under). Other family and friends may attend by purchasing their ticket. The cost per ticket is $39.50 Please list below who will be attending, age, and T-shirt size. Please return to Sherri NO LATER THAN Friday, April 18th.

Your ticket will include:

Park Admission Parking Meal at a covered pavilion Temporary Tattoos – For children Looney Tunes Characters will be there to entertain and take pictures with the children.

Park opens at 10:00am *Lunch will be served from 2-3pm*

3:00pm -4:00pm: give away doors prizes and socialize with co-workers.

Enjoy the park with your family Looking forward to seeing everyone there and having a great time.

Starting Today: 04/21/13 Cardinal will sponsor a mini boot camp for Cardinal Employees- This will be once a week at the Cardinal location @ 5:00pm
