An upper level management agency “Federation of Gifted Children Education" was founded in 2007, to ensure harmonization and coordination of associations’ works throughout the country, which was established to support the training of gifted. The short name of federation is ÜYEF. Federation’s center is Ankara. It has no branch.

ACTIVITIES OF THE FEDERATION

ÜYEF, it cooperates with other federations which will be established and established in accordance with the same aims and working subjects encourages co-operation associations and the associations attached to. Federation cooperates with purpose by foundations, other institutions and agencies. If necessary regulatory approvals take, federation will be cooperating with international organizations.

ÜYEF informs the members about domestic and overseas exhibitions and trade fairs, organizes exhibitions and fairs, or participate in these fairs.

ÜYEF can create research and development center to diagnoses of gifted individuals, education and employment.

AIM OF FEDERATION

To related the universal principles of democracy and human rights; initiative, respect for freedom of belief and thought, due to Atatürk's principles and the development of social structures, to help establishment of democratic and secular state understanding of civil society.

Perform their activities in line with the country's fundamental values.

To gathered all supporting gifted education associations under one roof to meet and provide cohesion, to perform the exchange of information on vocational subjects , to develop relations with private and public organizations for members, to work for public awareness within the field of ÜYEF, find ideas about cultural and social issues, to engage in lobbying, to enlighten the public with scientific research on various topics, within the framework of existing laws at home and abroad by developing partnerships with similar organizations, to take advantage of members and the country.

Talented individuals with a sense of social duty to create the necessary environment to make efforts to rise above the level of contemporary civilizations of the country.

To ensure compliance and coordination between supporting gifted education associations.

To conduct studies on the effect superior to that individual in the light of contemporary and universal ethical values , possessive on formation of social structure, creating synergy, pioneering and enterprising civil society.

To produce strategic information for the national level, scientific investigation, to evaluate and create information center about gifted.

To formulate policies about the gifted education, to evaluate and update existing policies.

To coordinate the development methods of implementation and evaluation of diagnostic tools about gifted and support research.

To examine, contribute to the planning and implementation about employment and brain power relationships of gifted education,

To support formal and informal education in collaboration with Ministry of Education, TUBITAK, university, private sector, civil society organizations and media experts about the gifted education.

To cooperate with the international level about gifted individuals, to participate in international projects.

To create awareness about culture and education in country about gifted individuals.

To develop the strategy on the country scale about gifted’s training and recruitment
