Greetings LAASC,

I have a copy of the minutes from the last UMRNA on Jan. 25th 2015. The budgets for the Regional committee officers were submitted and passed. The budgets totaled $7,627.50. They have $7,665.17 in the UMRNA account. The UMRNA is still in need of a Web Resource Chair. Also just a reminder that the new address for the UMRNA is PO Box 7485 Fargo, ND 58106

Alex R. is the chair of UMRNA Activities and they are smoothly planning Spiritual Refreshment May 22nd-25th 2015. They r meeting bi-weekly at the Cajun Café in Fargo on Mondays at 6 pm.

Lewis and Clark Area have a couple events coming up.

May 16th- Bisman Activities is planning a recovery Prom. Bismarck ND

July 31st- Area Campout at Eagles park.

The next UMRNA service committee meeting will be at 10 am on May 25th 2015 at Spiritual Refreshment.

H&I meeting on 3-8-2015

6 addicts in attendance with one from Fergus H&I.

Clay County Jail is in need of more addicts to fill out the application to see if they qualify to go in. The meetings go well but there are only 3 people able to go and sometimes they can’t get two of them to go in. Wade will get a list of Literature he needs for the next meeting so we can submit the budget.

Clay County Juvenile Center has 1to 2 addicts going in and attendance is pretty good. They could use 6 Just for Today books and 6 Basic Texts.

H&I will submit a budget at the net ASC in April. Attached is the proposed budget for Fergus Falls H&I that was brought to Area in August.

I have attended an H&I meeting in Fergus Falls in March and plan to continue to attend one meeting in Fergus every month to keep the communication and info flowing.

Please continue to announce H&I sub committee meetings held on the 2nd Sunday of every month in the back room of Atomic Coffee on Broadway at 3pm. People interested in H&I must attend a subcommittee meeting before going into a facility. We will be making a brochure to hopefully generate more interest in H&I and distribute to the meetings.
