General Information for the Materials Room:
Entry into the materials room should be kept at a minimum. Clinicians may enter the materials room if they need to browse through materials
The door to the room should be closed at all times
Faculty get priority over students and the first students to request permission are granted use over others.
Families/Caregivers may not enter the materials room.
Only faculty and the student worker may turn on, control, and set up the viewing system.
All items in the room are listed in the inventory.
Each cabinet has a description of the materials and their location.
Hours of Operation:
An updated materials room schedule is posted on the door each semester.
In general, the materials room is open from 8:30-5 Monday through Thursday, and 9:00-4 on Fridays.
If there is no student worker in the room, please see Julie Chambers at the desk in the clinic waiting room for assistance.
