WSL MSC Sdn Bhd (established 1999) is a leading player in IT application for Sports ITManagement, Sports Score Board and Information Display Board. Our core products are themultimedia sports management system .MS2, MS2 Board and MS2 Display. WSL MSC was0 setup after the award of the MSC status by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC). Prior to WSL MSC the company was known as Technology WSL Sdn Bhd incorporated (1986) which was based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

WSL MSC has its vision and leadership from CEO Mr. Wilsen Leong, the operation efficiency in COO Mr. Johaniff Johari, technology expertise in CTO Mr. Richard Teh, and public relation skill in PR Director Mr.K. Chandrashekran P.P.N.

WSL MSC has an operation workforce of 25 full time staff working in Sabah and Cyberjaya.During project development and operation, the actual number of staff increases to 70.

WSL MSC was originally from Sabah, however our new operational HQ is located in Cyberjaya in Lot G5A, block 3 (2320), Century Square.

WSL has come a long way from a small technology company in Sabah to one of the major player System Developent & System Integrator in Sports IT Management industry and AirportInformation Display Industry.

Before the year 1999, then WSL MSC Sdn Bhd was mainly involved in GeographicalInformation System (GIS), MS2 Display and IT Solution & Consulting. In GIS, WSL secured many projects with the Sabah and Sarawak Governments namely Forestry Department, Agriculture Department, Fisheries Department and others.

For MS2 Display, WSL were involved with supplying Flight Information Display System (FIDS),Public Information Display System (PIDS) to Malaysia Airport Bhd. For IT Solution & Consulting, WSL secured interactive multimedia information kiosk from government agencies.

By the year 1997, WSL diversified its product range with MS2 Board where WSL installed ascoreboard for the Petra Jaya Kuching Stadium for the 1997 Fifa World Youth Cup. MS2 Board continued to penetrate more markets including Brazil, Dominican Republic, China and Germany.

1997 also saw WSL launching MS2 for the 1997 Fifa World Youth Cup. MS2 continued to expand and by 2003 it has over 45 individual modules where the biggest project was the Sukma IX Sabah 2002. With the MSC status, the product range and revenue for MS2, MS2 Board and MS2 Display continued to grow and outgrow GIS and IT Solution & Consulting.

MS2 has been acknowledged by Malaysian Youth & Sports Miniter, Datuk Hishammuddin TunHussein, as one of the finest in sports management systems.

KKIPC was WSL's partner in the Sukma IX 2002 project.KKIPC and WSL have a joint partnership to secure potential project in theEast Malaysia region.

Kindwin is the MS2 Board and LED display board, timing and photofinishing equipment supplier and R&D partner. WSL and Kindwin togetherform a joint development team for scoreboard software and integrationprotocol. Kindwin assists WSL in marketing products for the East Asia Regionof China, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

Over the years, our organisation has provided various products and services for a wide variety of organisations. We've learned to consolidate our skills and strengths of our organisation to enhance the uniqueness of our products. Currently, WSL is concentrating on 6 main products, and in the process of developing a new product code-name EMS.

MS2 - MULTIMEDIA SPORTS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Multimedia Sports Management System (MS2) is a complete integrated sports management software. The system is both web and none web based. A fully integrated MS2 system consist of 22 Logistic modules, 4 web sites, individual sports modules, broadcast and interfacing modules for 3rd party hardware.

MS2 can be deployed in a Local Area Network in a single building or in a Wide Area Network that spans a few buildings, or in a metropolitan network that span the entire city. A centralized server is utilised to control and operate the entire system. MS2 is fully customisable to each event. The system is developed in house by WSL using Microsoft. Net platform.

MS2 BROADCASTMS2 Broadcast is a in-house product of WSL. MS2 Broadcast is an on-line and real timeinformation and equipment interfacing system. The Retrieve Information System from various sources such as website, scoreboard, database, data entry, propriety system, then interface with animated graphical templates and is made available for broadcast to the TV broadcast system.

WSL provides consulting services to clients of selected industry in regards to IT solutions. The industries WSL specialise in are Sports, Government Agency, Broadcast and Media,Transport and Event Management.

Our range of consultant services includes advices on LAN or website setup, deployment of system, migration of legacy system. Our services also include consolidation of existing and new system and introduction of new technology.

EMS - EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

EMS is WSL’s latest in house developed product. EMS will be modular based where a collection of individual module forms EMS. Each individual module will serve different objectives to the user and is customisable to the type of events.

EMS will be developed as a total event management system where it supports all sorts of events. In addition, the system will also support pre-customised events such as Sports, Concerts, Conferences, Seminars and Exhibitions. Pre-customised events module will be specially customised to suit the event type.

EMS will have features for participant registration, ticketing, accommodation and transportarrangements. EMS will also include organiser management tools such as inventory, budget, human resources and schedules. As EMS is web based, the system will also be developed with website templates for Client to post information on the event.
