Registrations : All registrations should be made on www.sportdata.org untill 25th of October, 2015

In case of late registrations or corrections during the registration each registrations will be penalized

with 10 € penalty. Registrations will be held on 22nd of October, 2015 in Bagcilar Olympic Hall.

Referees : All WKF qualified Referee’s will be charged per day 50 € per day fee.

Organisation Rules : - The competitions will be under WKF Rules with WKF Categories and WSF Rules with Shobu

Ippon Rules in Kumite and Kata.

- Each team kumite categories consist of 3 athletes and one reserve, each team kata

categories consist of 3 athletes.

- All athletes may fight in following disciplines;

o Team Kata

o Team Kumite

o Shobu Ippon Individual Kumite (Only one weight division)

o WKF Individual Kumite (Only one weight division)

o Individual Kata

- In case of less than 5 athletes in each categoy, will be merged with the other weight

divisions.

- Each team kumite categories consist of 3 athletes and one reserve, each team kata

categories consist of 3 athletes.

- All Countries may participate to the WSF World Cup.

- The event is open for all Shotokan related ecoles.

I, __________________________________________________ The undersigned, as the Chief of Delegation of my country/team, duly enrolled to participate in the 7th European Shotokan Championships and WSF World Cup, which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey on 23-25 October 2015, with full knowledge of the Statutes, the Rules and the Norms of the World Shotokan Federation, pledge myself to faithfully accomplish the regulations of this before mentioned entity, and I take any and all administrative, civil and criminal responsibilities of whatever happens to our athletes, coaches and other members of our delegation participating in this championships, before, during and after the competition, such as physical injuries, personal expenses, or monetary debts and casual material damages to the hotels, the venue, means of transportation, departure on time, etc. Furthermore, I exempt from any legal, civil or criminal responsibilities the organizers of the Championships, the World Shotokan Federation and Turkish Karate Federation, its directors, as well as any person, company, or entity related to the event (sponsors, public and private entities). I authorize the organizers of the event to use images, photos and the names of our competitors and other members of our delegation (as considered necessary) for the sport activities and publications of Shotokan Karate, related to the event, without any monetary compensation.
