Since this data is gathered after watching the video, Measurements are taken as per

standards as observed in class. For example: Measurement of machine table and etc.

PROPOSED WORK PLACE LAYOUT

The only Drawback of previous layout was the stool where the output is being stored is too near to the

operator and is overloaded and hence, it disturbs the left hand motion of operator.

And the input is taken from the lap of the operator but as observed in Nishambhu as well, input is

carried by operators on their lap. Else a bar can be installed where one can hang the Trouser panel

Total motion of LH has been cut down to 19 from 22 and Total motion of RH has been cut down to 19

from 22. I.e. total reduction of 3 motions.

Delay of LH has been cut down to 0 from 5 whereas Delay of RH has been cut down to 3 from 4. I.e. a

reduction of 6 delays.

1 operation has been reduced from RH.

Permanent Storage remains the same.

Transportation increased by 1 of LH and RH’s transport remains the same.
