2.0 MW Wind Turbine General IntroductionDTC 2MW wind turbine was independently developed with intellectual property rights. It features modulardesign, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost. And it inherited the advantages of FD77/FD70 controlstrategy, electrical system, yaw system, tower, frame ect. Innovative design was adopted on main shaft and hub.It is efficient and can meet the diversified customer needs.
Technical Features• Adopts horizontal axis, three blades, pitch adjustment, double supports at gearbox, double – fed asynchronous
generator.• Inherits FD77/FD70 advantages.• Independent blade electric – driven pitch. Air brake via blade feathering plus rotor brake.• Three – point – support drive train. Vibration damper between gearbox and frame.• Variable speed constant frequency system. When the wind turbine is operating under rated speed, the system can adjust
generator rotor slip ratio to operate at the best tip speed ratio to output maximum power. When the turbine is operating at rated speed, the system can control power output through pitching to realize constant output.
• Adopt optical fiber communication between the foot of tower and nacelle. And the electric system is powered by separate supply and the anti – interference is good.
• Nacelle is human engineered and room is big enough for maintenance. And it is equipped with electric lifting device.• Convertor adopts rotor circuit partial conversion technology. The generator adopts four – pole double – fed asynchronous
technology with slip ring.• Yaw system can determine the direction according to the signal provided by the vane.• Generator and converter uses air – cooling technology with high cooling efficiency, small size, light weight, and high
degree of protection.

ManufacturingWe have four production bases located in Deyang city, Tianjin city, Jiuquan city (Gansu)
and Laizhou (Shandong) which is underconstruction and a service center in Tongliao city.
The total annual manufacture capacity reaches more than 3000. Critical components, such as
the control cabinet, generator, pitch system, blade, nacelle cover, hub and brake are
manufactured by our company.
