Test Assessment

Submitting Test Assignment:

- The writer can always change his availability and based on the same he/she will get the projects.

The main screen of Step 2 contains instructions for Writer Assessment which contains:

1. Test Assignment A 2. Test Assignment 2 [Choose anyone] 3. Checklist for writers [To be used for all future projects as well] 4. Harvard referencing guide. [To be used for all future projects as well]

*Click on each file to download it

All the files are critically important for your Test Assessment & future projects with us [Checklist & Harvard guide].

- The writers who believe they have their own Sample assignment available which exactly follows Checklist & Harvard referencing guide then they can submit the same or else you need to do 750words of Test Assessment.

- In either case, you will be given two chances of evaluation. Both cases it should meet Harvard Referencing guidelines and all points of writer's checklist. If you submit sample document and its marked as unsatisfactory then you must have to undergo the Test Assessment. If you fail in it again, your name will deleted from our system.

- Once a document [test/sample] is submitted, you will not be able to resubmit it again till we mark it.

- We prefer candidates submitting the Test Assessment as it has more weightage. - For technical/finance/engineering/SPSS candidates, they can only upload any of their sample

work for our reference. - The TEST assignment/samples assignment would be assessed on its own merit and it needs to

pass through our internal quality checks before we can proceed with any agreement. We assess each essay based on grammar, structure & coherence, referencing, critical analysis and finally on the ability to accurately answer the Assignment question.

- Once you will pass the Test/Sample Assessment, then you will be able to Apply for the projects and do it.

Checking result of Test Assignment:

Once your Test assignment/sample is evaluated, the result of the same resulting in pass/fail will be shared.

In either case, you will get the email confirming the selection or failure in Test Assignment. In case if you have failed in the assignment then you will be given another chance to redo the Test assignment and submit it again.

In order to know the reason of failure & check your result, below steps need to be followed.

- Login your ID on http://engage24x7.com/tdc/ - Go to Your rating TAB & review the comments. Snapshot is as below.

Once you’re selected

Opting for Projects:

- Once the writer is selected, he/she will start getting the email alerts from Engage24x7 on every new available project. The projects will be allocated on first come, first serve basis. The email will specify the contact number of concerned project coordinator who should be contacted if you’re interested in doing the project. This email alert will look like below.

- The writer needs to go through and ensure that all the instructions mentioned in the email are crystal clear to him. If not then he is free to write down any queries which will be instantly entertained with the help of the coordinator. Once everything is clear and the writer is interested to take the assignment, he will confirm it to the writer through sms, call or responding to the email as below

- Once the coordinator confirms the allocation of project & updates the same in system, he or she will get the email notification of the same.

Ongoing Projects – for selected writers:

- Ongoing projects TAB shows the projects which are currently allocated to you and are still ongoing. As a soon as you complete the project, you need to inform the concerned coordinator and email the file to [email protected]. Similarly, you need to upload file on the upload link [see below for example]

- You need to ensure that you have verified the final document with: o Checklist for writers [To be used for all future projects as well] o Harvard referencing guide. [To be used for all future projects as well] – Minimum 10

reference required. o No Plagiarism – Only 5% allowed for quotes etc. We use turnitin Pro to check it. You will

not be paid if the document is plagiarized.

- You need to ensure that the final document is uploaded on the system otherwise project won’t be marked as completed.

- Once the project gets started, the writer would have to provide regular feedback on the progress of the work done. This will help to keep the work aligned and on track. It will also provide the advantage of keeping the client satisfied and showing a good progress. The other plus point is that the writer would be given the direct feedback of the client as well, to ensure if things are being done under the instructions provided originally.

- The writer may contact the coordinator anytime through sms, emails or calls. They should not be hesitant as the coordinators will be available for their help 24x7. After all, this is what Engage 24x7 is all about!

- Once the writer sends/uploads the final document, this document is sent for PR and if any changes will be required – He/she will be required to adjust the same & resend/re-upload the updated document.

- If you will not be able to amend the document as per the required changes suggested by the proofreader then penalty can be imposed on the advice of the proofreader therefore don’t avoid any instructions.

- Once submitted, the portal will show a green downwards arrow button as shown below. - This shows that the file has been uploaded successfully and may be downloaded for future

purposes as well.

Payment for the Completed projects - Payment is made to writers on monthly basis in the first 10 days. All the projects which will be

marked as completed with their invoices accepted will be covered and Total amount will be transferred in the account details provided by the writer in the profile details.

- The payment amount will be initially communicated by the client coordinator. If there is will be any fine suggested by the proofreader then you can speak with PR directly & discuss to revise the same. Fine suggested by the PR will be deducted from Total amount.

Updating the Account Number:

- The writer needs to update the account details once he/she gets selected. - Account number provided must be full account number with branch code. - You need to ensure that the account number provided is always updated in order to ensure you’re

getting the money in the correct account.

Accepting the Invoice: - Once the project has been marked as completed from CCs side [client coordinator] then it will

move from “Ongoing” to “Pending” Projects. Pending projects means, project is completed but writer payment is pending.

- The coordinator will send an invoice to the writer for the projects in “Pending Projects”. You need to push the coordinator if he/she is delaying to send the invoice. Ideally, it should be immediately sent after the project is marked as completed & dues are cleared from client side.

Once the Invoice is raised from CC’s side, you will get the email as below:

- Now login to your account & go to Pending projects.

- The writer will see project in Pending projects with the amount mentioned. The writer will mark Tick & press the “Accept invoice” option after agreeing to the amount mentioned.

- In case the payment amount isn’t appearing as correct then you need to speak with the concerned coordinator to amend the same and resend the invoice. Remember, this amount is calculated after deducting the fine suggested by PR.

In case of any queries, write us an email on [email protected]

- As per the policy of company, we don’t hold the payments in case the client ditches us however payment will be delayed in case of below reasons:

o When the client needs some time to confirm the quality of work through his tutor o When the complete payments are not received by the client yet - Remember, if the client

ditches us without any reason then we will pay you. o In case of failure, the writer will not be paid o In case when plagiarism rate is very high and unacceptable

- Total combined amount of Invoices accepted will be transferred in the bank account provided by the writer.

Remember, payments are transferred in the first 10 days of every month keeping in view the invoice is accepted in the system. Even if the invoice is accepted, payment will be only transferred during first 10 days therefore remain patient.
