Puresil-Techniflex manufacture a range of WRAS & WRC potable water approved hoses which can be custom custom produced to meet with your individual or specific application requirements.
Hoses are available n WRAS approved Rubber, PVC and PTFE hose materials and can be supplied with integrated sight glasses . stainless steel swaged end connections can be supplied in all designs and sizes and any non standard end terminations can be manufactured to order in a wide range of materials. Our range of Ultra-clean silicone WRAS hoses are available in straight cut lengths or preformed moulded shapes including 45 & 90 degree elbows and U-bends all of which can be fitted with our wide range of hygienically swaged end connections which have been designed to eliminate dirt traps and cross contamination areas Which are commonly found with conventional hoses end fitting attachment methods.

Ultra-flexible construction eliminates the need for convoluted hose at larger bore sizes.
Smooth internal & external surface ensures optimum clean-ability.
Can be supplied in bore sizes ranging from 6.0mm up to 200mm NB.
Broad Temperature range from -50° to + 150°C.
Pressure range from 8.0 to 14.0 Bar ( depending on required hose NB Size )
