The Haigh-Farr Wraparound™ is a self-contained omnidirectionalantenna for cylindrical or conical shaped bodies. A single point feedis used and no external splitters, combiners or cable harnesses arerequired for installation. The antenna is conformal, and may bemounted flush, or on the exterior of the vehicle.

Designs are available from 300 MHz to 13 GHz with typicalapplications including Flight Termination, GPS, Telemetry, Data Linksand Transponder. Multiple antennas may be combined within thesame physical Wraparound™, providing a multi-task solution in asingle, compact package.

The Wraparound™ antenna has been flown on vehicles fromsubsurface sea to space, including high mach kinetic kill weapons,high G projectiles and re-entry vehicles.

The Haigh-Farr Wraparound™ antenna has been qualified for useon several high performance vehicles flown on test and launch rangesthroughout the United States and Europe.

For high aero-heating applications an ablative heat shield may beadded to the antenna.
