Try not to use too many of our standard colors. • The WP Heading 1 style* uses a page break to ensure correct placement • Only WP Headings 1 to 3 are included within the ToC, and only WP Heading 5 can be used within any level of the document – please use all others in order of hierarchy

2 Content

2.1 Body text

• Arial (WP Standard Text style) must be used for body text. Arial is the system font so should be used for most text, except for marketing content.• Note that the Worldpay Quatro font isn't compatible on external systems, however this typeface can be sent to our direct suppliers with whom we have a contract• Use font size 10• Single line spacing and double spacing between paragraphs• Color: Worldpay Dark Gray (RGB: 83, 87, 89)• Left align your paragraphs

2.2 Spacing

• Single line spacing and double spacing between headings and paragraphs• A headings must never be on its own at the bottom of a page – if this happens, move it to the next page so that it sits with its content

• As shown below, all bullets must be in the WP bullet styles• Line spacing is 1.5• The bullets must be in “Worldpay Dark Gray” (RGB: 83, 87, 89) color, however, you have the option to change it to “Worldpay Red” (RGB: 255, 0, 0)

Footnotes:• Footnotes must be in italics, size 9 and directly under the start of ex. the diagram / image• Use an asterisk for one or two footnotes, for more than two or three footnotes, you must use superscript numbers

• Increase the size of your chart / diagram etc. to a size that can easily be read• Left align it• Write an introduction of the chart / diagram etc.• The footnote must be directly under the beginning of the diagram / image etc., in italics and size9
