Dear Traveler,
As you make your way through the following pages, rest
assured that the entire Collette team is ready to make your
travel dreams come true while delivering extraordinary service.
My father took the helm of Collette over 50 years ago,
carrying on a tradition of family ownership that began in 1918.
For as long as I can remember, Collette has been focused on
building relationships with our guests and partners around the
world.
Those personal connections are part of who we are. Whether it’s
taking the extra time to help you find the perfect trip, working
to select just the right inclusion, or giving back in our local
community, Collette represents something more than a
travel company. We may reach all seven continents, but you truly
are the center of our world.
Every year we roll out new incredible
experiences that truly wow our
guests, yet I am most proud
when I hear someone say,
“Collette treated me like family.”

Family has been at the core of Collette since 1918, when Jack Collette started a tiny New England travel company
dedicated to showcasing the beauty of New England and the East Coast. He personally guided the tours, making
every traveler feel like they were part of the Collette family. In 1962, Jack sold the company to his friend,
Dan Sullivan, Sr., who was determined to keep family at the
heart of Collette. Dan’s sisters guided tours. His children worked
in the mailroom. Over generations, more and more family helped
shape Collette into the global tour operator it is today, with tours
to all 7 continents.
Today, Dan Sullivan, Jr. is Collette’s President and CEO.
Family members work throughout the company, sharing
in the passion for travel and service. Along with the rest of the
Collette team, they carry forward that sense of stewardship
and stability that makes Collette special. No matter how much
has changed since 1918, or how much the company has grown,
family forever remains at the center of Collette.
