• Franchise partner will:
- Open a fully equipped and duly licensed medical centre in the assigned
territory to perform DHI procedures
- The centre will be as per DHI’s global standards
- Provide signage, in-centre branding and advertising materials as per DHI’s
standard guidelines and requirement
- Follow the standard operating procedures of DHI including periodic
reporting, database management, usage of DHI prescribed
software, participating in DHI training and programs, etc.
Franchising terms
• Financial Terms:
- € 50k upfront fee per centre
- 50% fee to DHI which will cover cost of doctors and nurses, cost of instruments, use of DHI’s trademarks and DHI’s profit
