Average weekly spent on cigarettes is @ Rs 380 at an overall level with Mumbai spending @ Rs 320 weekly which is lower than other city spends
8 in 10 respondents are aware of the fact that Smoking/Chewing tobacco causes Lung/Mouth/Throat Cancer.
In Mumbai, 1/3rd of the respondents feel that their friends and colleagues have started ignoring them owing to the habit
Overall, less than half of the respondents own a health insurance policy. 2/3rd of the respondents at Mumbai have health insurance policy.
In Mumbai, respondents with a critical illness cover is higher compared to other cities
Amongst non owners of health insurance policy, only 1 in 4 respondents are willing to buy a health insurance policy.
