WO`RLD, HAS GIVEN MY WRITING’ AN IDE`NTITY, A NAME, A POSITION. …

MY WO`RDS TO WO`RLD ,AND MY-PROMISE:

Page 2: WORLD IS GIVING ME A CONSTANT GIFT..MY PROMISE TO WORLD AND, MY WORDS ON THE DAY-

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells chime and jingle bells time

Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun

Now the jingle hop has begun

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time

Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square

In the frosty air

What a bright time, it's the right time

To rock the night away

Jingle bell time is a swell time

To go riding in a one-horse sleigh

Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet

Jingle around the clock

Mix and a-mingle in a jingling beat

That's the jingle bell, that's the jingle bell,

That's the jingle bell rock

……….

Holly, traditional greenery used in Christmas wreaths, has a long history

in the legend and folklore of England and America.

SANTA AS THE GREEN MAN Or IS IT THE GREEN MAN AS …

“Holly has magic powers.

Holly has healing powers.

People have claimed this.

The claiming is throughout history.

Some people think this.

You can hide nine holly leaves.

The hiding is in a handkerchief.

The hiding is under pillow.

Your dreams will be prophetic

Holly could ward off witches.

Holly could ward off warlocks.

This was believed.

The believing was in Anglo Saxon times.

These early Britons also thought this.

Holly could cure colds.

The holly was boiled.

The boiling was in goats’ milk.

North American settlers asserted this.

A tea could cure a multitude of ills.

A tea was made from dried holly leaves.

This seems to have made no difference.

Holly berries are poisonous.

The difference is to any of these people.

These people believe this.

The holly plant has beneficial powers.”

“….My little horse must think it queer

To stop without a farmhouse near

Between the woods and frozen lake

The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake

To ask if there is some mistake.

The only other sound’s the sweep

Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.

But I have promises to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep.”
