The Event

• Stall at GVK One mall• Creating awareness about cardiac emergency care

and 108 as the best option in the case of cardiac emergencies

• Demonstration of CPR and first aid cardiac care techniques

• Distribution of 108 and chest pain fliers• Giveaways : 108 Stickers and discount coupons for

heart check at Wockhardt hospitals

• CPR demonstrated by Dr.Anand and Mr.Phani from EMLC• The demonstration attracted a lot of curious onlookers• It was surprising to see that the crowd included a lot of youth besides the regular TG of 35+•Most of them did not know how to administer CPR before & said that it’s a very important learning for them

•The visitors interacted freely with the associates and put forth their queries regarding cardiac care & the 108 services

• The literature on chest pain was an instant hit with the visitors More than 2,000 leaflets were picked up in the first few hours• The brochures on ACLS also interested many of visitors and enquiries from their end regarding the courses kept flowing in

• Visitors to the stall 5000+• Most of the queries were directed towards

the new PPP partner GVK• “Has GVK taken it over from Satyam?”, “Is the

service being run by GVK now?”• The biggest outcome of the event is the

awareness of the transition from EMRI to GVK EMRI.

• Feedback received about the 108 service has been largely positive
