World-class leaders gravitate to XaNgo DOUG WEAD Doug Wead is a philanthropist, presidential historian and New York Times best-selling author. He was a special assistant to President George Herbert Walker Bush. In 1979 he co-founded Mercy Corps and the International Charity Awards. Wead has nearly 35 years of experience as a corporate motivational speaker, addressing business audiences around the world. In addition to his millions of motivational tapes and CDs in circulation, he is also the author of 27 books. After considerable research and due diligence, Wead has chosen to concentrate his efforts on XANGO because, as he puts it, “You can make more money, faster, with fewer people and with less effort in XANGO than in any other comp plan.” BOB CRISP Bob Crisp remembers when he turned down an opportunity to join XANGO in the company’s early days, and he didn’t want to make that mistake twice. “It’s an obvious choice,” Crisp says. “They’ve got eight years under their belts, they’ve gone past the five-year point that traditionally marks the time when start-up network marketing companies fail; they’ve done extremely well financially; [and] they’ve got a large Distributor group on a worldwide basis.” At Amway Global, Crisp quickly achieved the highest ranks, building a downline of more than 200,000 people. Crisp is also an accomplished orator, having trained and motivated hundreds of audiences around the world. With more than 30 years of successful business building, he’s authored two best-selling books on leadership in the industry: Raising a Giant and Feeding a Giant. LENNON LEDBETTER Lennon Ledbetter began building his Amway business when he was 18 years old—and he’s been a force in the network marketing industry ever since. After decades of setting records and building hundreds of leaders with that company, Ledbetter felt he needed a new challenge. Despite being lured by other companies’ seven-figure offers to join their ranks, Ledbetter decided on XANGO as his next—and last—home. Especially noteworthy: Ledbetter wouldn’t accept the cushy, high-ranking positions others were offering. He says he was looking for a young leader in a company of integrity that was poised for greatness, and he wanted to build from scratch. Ledbetter is among the very elite achievers in the history of direct sales. His team consistently generated tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue, and Ledbetter regularly was ranked atop Amway’s massive force of independent business owners. A world-renowned motivational speaker and direct- sales trainer, Ledbetter has inspired audiences in dozens of countries and hundreds of cities around the globe. NORMAN LEONARD Norman Leonard of Australia helped his former direct-selling company grow their global business in the farthest corners of the world. His efforts helped to build a mammoth network, which still generates more than $1 billion in volume worldwide. Leonard’s strength is in understanding, developing and leading network systems, and he’s eager to bring that thinking to the proven XANGO brands. “A revival in the midst of a worldwide economic recession is a great sign,” Leonard says, and because he knows how to optimize systems for maximum growth and effectiveness, he’s ready to see hundreds more enjoy the same success he helped develop before.

DOUG WEADDoug Wead is a philanthropist, presidential historian and New York Times best-selling author. He was a special assistant to President George Herbert Walker Bush. In 1979 he co-founded Mercy Corps and the International Charity Awards. Wead has nearly 35 years of experience as a corporate motivational speaker, addressing business audiences around the

world. In addition to his millions of motivational tapes and CDs in circulation, he is also the author of 27 books. After considerable research and due diligence, Wead has chosen to concentrate his efforts on XANGO because, as he puts it, “You can make more money, faster, with fewer people and with less effort in XANGO than in any other comp plan.”

BOB CRISPBob Crisp remembers when he turned down an opportunity to join XANGO in the company’s early days, and he didn’t want to make that mistake twice. “It’s an obvious choice,” Crisp says. “They’ve got eight years under their belts, they’ve gone past the five-year point that traditionally marks the time when start-up network marketing companies fail;

they’ve done extremely well financially; [and] they’ve got a large Distributor group on a worldwide basis.”

At Amway Global, Crisp quickly achieved the highest ranks, building a downline of more than 200,000 people. Crisp is also an accomplished orator, having trained and motivated hundreds of audiences around the world. With more than 30 years of successful business building, he’s authored two best-selling books on leadership in the industry: Raising a Giant and Feeding a Giant.

LENNON LEDBETTERLennon Ledbetter began building his Amway business when he was 18 years old—and he’s been a force in the network marketing industry ever since. After decades of setting records and building hundreds of leaders with that company, Ledbetter felt he needed a new challenge. Despite being lured by other companies’ seven-figure

offers to join their ranks, Ledbetter decided on XANGO as his next—and last—home.

A world-renowned motivational speaker and direct-sales trainer, Ledbetter has inspired audiences in dozens of countries and hundreds of cities around the globe.

NORMAN LEONARDNorman Leonard of Australia helped his former direct-selling company grow their global business in the farthest corners of the world. His efforts helped to build a mammoth network, which still generates more than $1 billion in volume worldwide. Leonard’s strength is in understanding, developing and leading network systems, and he’s eager to bring

that thinking to the proven XANGO brands. “A revival in the midst of a worldwide economic recession is a great sign,” Leonard says, and because he knows how to optimize systems for maximum growth and effectiveness, he’s ready to see hundreds more enjoy the same success he helped develop before.

GLADE POULSENAfter nearly 20 years in the construction business, Poulsen was introduced to the network marketing industry and he’s never looked back. He has traveled all over the world the past 16 years, focusing much of his time in Asia. Poulsen has been a devoted student of the industry, being taught by, and working side-by-side with, the industry’s most prominent earners.

That exposure taught him what to look for in a network-marketing company. “We joined XANGO based on our due diligence, based on the tough questions that we asked,” reports Poulsen. “This was the company that we believe has all the right attributes of long-term success.”

GODFREY CHANGodfrey Chan does not hesitate to share his thoughts on the future of XANGO. “I think XANGO is the breath that’s going to change the wellness industry,” he says. “It’s a great fit for me and for my team.”

Chan immigrated to Vancouver, British Columbia, from Hong Kong in 1983. His distinguished career includes achieving the highest

ranks with Unicity Network, where he boasted a downline of more than 20,000, covering Canada, the U.S., Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau. Chan joined Waiora in 2004, and his organization there ultimately grew to constitute 90% of that company’s entire market in Hong Kong. This remarkable activity led to Chan’s being recognized as one of the “Top 10 Most Influential Entrepreneurs” by Economic Knowledge magazine.

DAN KINNISONDan Kinnison has been a trainer and a motivator in the MLM industry for over 28 years. He has been instrumental in helping 37 individuals earn million-dollar incomes. Kinnison’s passion is helping people develop the skills required to create and maintain a successful home-based business. For more than 20 years, Kinnison has conducted

a highly motivational daily call energizing colleagues and new prospects. Kinnison brings his wealth of experience to XANGO as his final home in the industry.

BRAD HUEBNERBrad Huebner lived in the Far East for eight years, all the while gaining an international stronghold and introducing many Asian markets to the concept and practice of network marketing. Huebner previously worked alongside Robert Conlee, now XANGO’s CEO, helping to build a global empire for their former

company in Japan. “I’d already seen one of XANGO’s international launches,” Huebner recalls. “XANGO is one of the few companies that do it the right way.” With all of his experience to guide him, Huebner knows what it takes to build a huge business, and he is well on his way to doing it again with XANGO.

DANNY WHITEDanny White spent 13 seasons as quarterback and punter on “America’s Team,” the Dallas Cowboys, and then another 13 seasons as the head coach of the Arizona Rattlers in the Arena Football League, where they won two league championships. Over the past few years White had experienced considerable success as a Nu Skin distributor, but he says he was looking for something more. “We talked with a number of companies, but XANGO clearly stood out from the rest,” says White. “It’s a company that is on the move, with a management team that is dedicated to long-term, stable growth.”

Today, White is the Rattlers president, but he credits his fast-growing XANGO business as what’s allowing him to enjoy time with his wife, their four children and 10 grandchildren.
