Power efficiency. Delivering green and economical benefits.The heart of the modern data centre is power: efficient, economical and eco-friendly to meet uninterruptable AC and DC customer business requirements.

Cooling is optimised using sensors to continuously monitor temperature and humidity throughout Intellicentre 2 and adjust it in response to changes in demand. Combining high raised floors with variable speed drives on all pumps and fans provides balanced cooling, and by utilising cold-aisle containment, we ensure cold air reaches the tops of your racks in the most efficient manner.

Optimal Power Utilisation Efficiency (PUE) is at the heart of Intellicentre 2. PUE is obtained by dividing the amount of power entering a data centre by the power used to run the computer infrastructure within it. The design goal for Intellicentre 2 is an industry leading PUE rating of 1.3, eclipsing the PUE of many of the country’s existing data centres. Through the core design of Intellicentre 2, you will save money by virtue of lower power costs, compared with any facility you could build on your own.

Beyond the data centre experience.We provide you with direct access to your own secure lockable cabinet space which features an uninterrupted power supply, temperature control, fire detection systems, communication lines and accredited managed security – all at a fraction of what it would cost to set up and manage your own facility.

You want your IT systems to run on their own while being hosted in remote, well-managed data centres, however every once in a while you will need hands-on access to your equipment to install, configure or otherwise physically manage it.
