Want to improve your English language skills? Workplace English is a course designed for adult English learners who have had little formal English study. Topics are presented in the context of everyday situations and include self, school, family, home, jobs, and community. The goal of the course is for students to become comfortable speaking, reading, and writing about their lives using basic English grammar and phrases. The grammar covered in the course includes tenses (simple present, present continuous, simple past, and future) for statements and questions, as well as count and noncount nouns, comparative adjectives, and basic preposition usage.
