Through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), over 13,000 business leaders dedicate their time, energy and talent in leading a network of 600 local Workforce Investment Boards and 1,300 One-Stop Career Centers that focus on regional job creation strategies and employment and training services that keep America working.
Workforce Investment Works (WIW) is a national communications campaign to collectively showcase the value of this system to policy makers and other stakeholders.
A storytelling website serves as a single virtual repository filled with thousands of workforce success stories from each state and local area that demonstrate a high return-on-investment (ROI).

Each state has a unique landing page with the State Board contact information, key priorities and fast facts about the state.
Links go to Workforce Success Stories.
Workforce Success Stories for that state are displayed including both print and video stories.
Stories can be sorted by customer type (and coming soon) by Congressional District.
A locator map helps visitors find their state and local Workforce Investment Board and the One-Stop Career Centers.
